“Great price, fast, and great quality result, however the packaging was poor and the item arrived damaged (this was a gift for somebody). A piece of recycled cardboard wrapped around the item could have prevented the disappointment. Brilliant otherwise.”

Your order was sent on March 11th. Did you email us to tell us it hadn't arrived? It should have done by now. We have seen problems with delivery caused by the Coronavirus in some countries at different times. This may have been a problem with your order. “The print works fine enough, but the binding feels a bit fragile, and the font size is quite small--there's a lot of blank space on the page that could have been used up.”

I have looked at your PDF. It is the file itself that has the white space around it. All our printing is set to "fill to page". The white space is considered as "text". The only way we could have got rid of the white space would be for us to manually trim all 264 pages before printing. Of course we can't touch any of the PDFs which are uploaded to us. We print what we are given.

“Fast and good quality prints. 800 page technical PDF manual converted to 2 x A5 ring bound books. Came out perfect, ideal for offline and easier referencing. Would highly recommend Print my PDF, the turn around time is really good too. Having a printed manual in this size has been absolutely invaluable in my work.”
