“The book came out just as I had expected. It just took a little longer than I had liked to but it was coming from across the pond so I can understand. In terms of quality, it it just as good as any other books. I'm glad that it saved me hundreds of paper printing at home. Job well done!”

“I am in the US and this was amazingly fast. The quality is spot on and the printed images are as crisp as I could hope. The lines are sharp and the details are spot on. I appreciate the size options, as what I ordered was a journal for myself, and it has made a huge difference in my ability to use this resource. I will absolutely be ordering again.”

Hello We do have a video for customers to watch on the home screen which explains the type of binding we use. I am sorry if you are not happy please return with a covering letter for a refund. Regards Julie
