“I have had quite a few pdfs printed by Print my PDF and this one was not as well finished as previous ones or indeed the other one I had printed at the same time. the outside edges of the book pages did not quite line up so one could not flip easily through the pages. Perhaps it was the Christmas rush I emailed my concerns and have not had a reply.”

Sorry to hear this. We will resend later this week. Please email us directly hello@print-my-pdf.com and confirm which book needs to be reprinted. A combination of the Christmas rush and having to work with half the staff because of the Coronavirus is not helpful.

“Update to review below: Still have not received a response to my email and have not received my product either. I would like a full refund to be issued immediately. I still have not received my products and after multiple attempts trying to contact someone I have yet to receive a response. Awful customer service and can't comment on quality of the product as I don't have it. Absolutely would not recommend.”

Hello I am sorry have you looked in your junk folder in you emails as we reply to all emails but find some customers receive them into there spam or junk folder. The order was sent to you from here in the UK on the 27th November. I am sorry we are seeing major delays in the delivery times due to covid 19 and the Christmas period with the increase in post with every body shopping on line. Postal services here in the UK are working with staff shortages and with the increase in the amount of post going through the system as impacted on the speed it pass through. Once the post has left the UK and reaches the USA it has to clear customs and then enter into the USPS and if they are having the same problems as the UK postal service then this is why it is taking extra time.

“Printed me a manual fir my new-to-camera, easier than reading online. Delighted with the print and binding, and far cheaper and less hassle than trying to print myself on an ink-drinking inkjet printer. Will use again.”

“This service was remarkably quick and efficient. I am very pleased with it. Oh course now I have a physical copy of what I wrote I notice new errors i made in it so am correcting and will be very glad of the discount when I come to reprint. I would like there to be another service where I could insert photos in colour and a cover design it will have to find that elsewhere possibly on blurb plus isbn number.”

“Very nice job, although it loses one star because most of the pages were bent quite a bit before they were bound. This was not damage in transit, as some pages were not affected.”
