“Does what it says on the tin. For 5 stars the print quality could be improved and the final manual was bulky largely because of the thickness of the paper. I am though a satisfied customer and would use the service again.”

“Not overly happy... some of the pages aren't as well printed as the others and I emailed customer service and asked specifically whether the print out would come as 1 book or 2. I wanted it all printed in 1. It came as 2.”

Sorry to hear this. We do make it clear that out largest binder only holds about 400 pages and your book was 500 pages. If some pages were not printed well enough please email us directly on hello@print-my-pdf.com and we will resend at no charge. Of course this will again be in two books.

“An excellent and quick service that I would recommend to others. One small niggle - a lot of tiny shreds of paper still there after punching the holes for the binding which went everywhere on opening the book, this could have been dealt with at the factory by shaking or a quick blast of air before packing.”

I'm sorry. We have dealt with this directly by email. The Coronavirus is causing the most dreadful effect on the postal service we have ever seen in 40 years in business. This is out of our hands. We have since resent your order.
