“Book delivered quickly but found it to be of no use to me. At least half my fault so wanted to return the book for money back and try again. Phoned you 17, 16 and 14/02. Had to leave a message in every case and so far have not heard back.”

Hello I can confirm the order has been returned. The PDF was formatted with very large margins and unfortunately we can not alter PDF's it is against copywrite rules. I have issued a refund for this order.

“The job I asked to be printed was incomplete. The pages are incomplete, data is missing. The book is unusable. Update; I am sorry that I didn’t give you the opportunity to help me when the book didn’t come out the way I expected. I was wrong to not talk to you about it first. I didn’t expect that you would reprint and mail another book. It’s perfect. Thank you for doing that for me. You’re a good person. Better than me. I’m sorry.”

Hello You have emailed us saying the text is too small to read. On checking the PDF this would have been better printed in A4. You did not mention the PDF was incomplete which is a shame as we have resent this order in A4 at no extra cost to you but if it is incomplete it will be no good.
