“Being of an elderly age.I cannot understand how I even got caught whith this unwanted correspondence I was trying to get a printed information leaflet/booklet on my newly aquired CANNON CAMERA. EOS 90D. So how I have recieved this unrequested. Information "I DO NOT KNOW." or understand. Being a 79 year old pensioner,who cannot afford waisting £12.97,on something I unwitingly aquired. Hello I have replied to your email about this. Our website works where the customer uploads the PDF they would like printed. When we receive the order we simply print the PDF which is attached to the order and this is the one the customer has uploaded.

“I ordered an instruction booklet for my camera as the one that came with it is small. It arrived within the quoted time frame, and wow it is brilliant. Easier to read whilst trying to work the camera, excellent product so much so that I have ordered a second one for my friend.”

“As someone who much prefers reading from a physical copy this service was great. Efficient ordering process and quick delivery. I purchased a ring bound version and thought it was very fairly priced and of good quality. The transparent plastic cover is great and if I was to suggest one minor improvement it would be to add this cover to the back also. All in all a great service that I will use again and would happily recommend!”

“Straight forward to order quick delivery the main problem is the size of the text which is small and the writing under sample pictures are impossible to read this is the second time I’ve ordered from your company the first time the print was twice the size for same A5 booklet I was going to phone company and complain but would probably be a waste of time”

We simply print the PDF that is uploaded. Each different company may it be Canon, Samsung, Nikon or any other format their PDF's in different text sizes of which we can not alter before printing.
