Still waiting for my products to arrive, the carriage cost more than the two items I wanted. Elly in customer service offered to refund the carriage which is great - but still no items 1 week on.

Dear Kayleigh Thank you for your review. We are sorry that there was a delay in recieving the goods. We experienced an IT system failiure that caused the delay. We do sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. Our normal standard procedure, in the event of an issue is that we contact our customers to make them aware of the delay. i havent received anyything or any communication via email replying to my query of not receiving anything but hey i did receive an email of them begging me to review their website so here it goes, good luck ....

Upon further investigation, we discovered that there was an issue with one of the IT systems which caused the delay without notification. We do sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. I had difficulty with verifying THREE credit / debit cards for the purchase, but Miss "Perfect" successfully sorted it all out over the phone. Thank you Ms Perfect.

Dear Customer, Thank you for your review. We apologise you had problems with our checkout system. As a responsible company and in an effort to combat fraud, we have put in place an extra layer of security for card payments over the internet. This is called 3d secure which asks the user for a password on the card they are using after submitting card details. 3d secure is common place for almost all vendors on the internet. We apologise for the inconvenience.

1. Order was delayed as it was not clear on the site that after placing the order and applying for a GP credit account online I needed to go back into the order to confirm it, after making the credit application so the order was not actioned till I chased it by phone 10 days later. The usual routine is place the order and then check-out, with payment being the final stage not an interim stage. 2. A few days after the order was placed I saw the same item advertised by Seal Medical at £899+vat. 3. Have you sent us an invoice yet? It is not in my puchase ledger folder?

This was the most interesting and knowledgeable Paediatrics course I and my staff have been on. We found it easy to understand, the tutor made it fun, explained why we do things. We were allowed to ask questions and all answers were given time and time again. We will certainly use your company again. Thank you

Not the end of the world. Ordered a grey non-chill rim for a littman II stehoscope and was sent a black one. Tiny thing sent in a massive envelope. Great otherwise.
