Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback and sorry you had issues with the product when it arrived and that the information was not correct when you ordered over the phone. With this particular case the description on the website had referenced that the product was "compatiable" for use with leading EMR systems with the second to last bullet point listing what was included. As we provided information that was not entirely accurate over the phone, as a gesture of goodwill, we provided the additional software for no additional cost. We also updated the description and our customer service team have had additional training on the product range concerned to ensure we maintain our high standard of customer service. “I ordered a complete Welch Allyn Abpm / ecg system for my practice. A representative came to the practice to demonstrate it. Very professional. Delivery was very swift. Got free training booked for next week. I got a follow up call the day after receiving it to ensure everything was ok. All I can say is brilliant service. I will be using primary care supplies again!”

“For us the website wasn't great for ordering but that could have been us as we were a first time user and we had to set up an account. Having said that we were quickly contacted and the order taken by phone. Delivery times were excellent. The only real negative was that I had to phone to chase up our invoice as we didn't receive anything at the time of purchase.”

“The product we ordered took more than a month to arrive. We had to contact customer services several times a week to find out what was going on. They seemed to know what was going on less than half the times we contacted them.”

Thank you for your review and our apologies that your experience with us was not above board. With this particular case, the item did have a longer than usual lead time. Our procedures are to always keep the customer up to date and I apologise this didn't happen on this occasion.

“Ordered an office chair from Primary Care on a Sunday, it arrived on the Tuesday. Unfortunately the supplier (Not Primary Care) had sent the wrong chair, a quick call to Primary Care and the correct one was dispatched for next day delivery and the original wrong chair collected with no additional cost to myself”
