“I was very happy with the price and the otoscope. I was disappointed that, despite showing as in stock on the website, I actually had to wait a few weeks for it to be available. However, I was promptly informed of the issue and given the option of a refund or changing to a different colour. In the end I chose to wait and delivery was very prompt once in stock. Maybe review the process for ensuring the website matches actual stock levels please?”

“Delivered within 3-5 working days as expected with signed for delivery. Article as described and safely packaged. Very satisfied. Obviously delivery faster wit other companies but this product was cheaper with Primary Care supplies.”
