“I was very happy with the price and the otoscope. I was disappointed that, despite showing as in stock on the website, I actually had to wait a few weeks for it to be available. However, I was promptly informed of the issue and given the option of a refund or changing to a different colour. In the end I chose to wait and delivery was very prompt once in stock. Maybe review the process for ensuring the website matches actual stock levels please?”
