“I ordered an ophthalmoscope head on 2nd February. It didn't arrive until April 30th. There was zero communication to explain the delay. When I phoned to find out what was happening I received no apology for the delay and each time was told my order would arrive within the week., which didn't happen.”

“Discussions with your staff was very good to the point that the initial delivery failed to hold a battery. This was resolved extremely professionally and quickly. The equipment is installed and members trained, Just trust we do not have to use it. Regards.................D. Wake[Hon Sec]”

“postage for 1 pack of tympanic covers exceptionally high. did not arrive until a week late, with no update. I had to call twice to find out where my order was. same price elsewhere no cheaper”

“I bought a Marsden M-540 scales for just over £100. I bought it because I wanted to buy quality and preferably something from the UK (and not Germany). But alas this scales was made in China too. It is apparently heavy duty but whether it will last is yet to be determined. Certainly the display/read-out is a bit on the flimsy side. So Primary Care Supplies were OK and the thing arrived quickly. But nowhere was it stated that this is a Chinese product. That's disappointing.”
