“I liked the zoom in feature on the baskets, so I could better see what would be shipped. I had a hard time with the personalized card feature and kept having to redo it as when I went to check out I didn't see it listed. Eventually I gave up and just processed the order at which point a cost for the card was listed. I hope that means it's to be included. I think it should have been more evident in the "cart" prior to check out. Thanks!”

“Good selection of hampers at varying prices. The problems started when I tried to log in. It took two changes of password to log in, then all went smoothly.”

“I found it easy to order but would have liked a slightly more choice of mid price ranged hampers which did not contain alcohol. As it was I had to order two hampers to get the amount I wanted, which included two sets of delivery charge.”

“Order hasn't been delivered yet so can't comment on quality. Site is fairly straightforward although I missed the option to enter my discount my discount code which i expected to find when checking out.”

“Hampers look very good. However, it would not allow me to send a personalised christmas card with the hamper, website kept telling me it was too late for next day delivery but my delivery date was 7 days away. I have still ordered but this for me was a bit of a let down.”

“The hampers are for Christmas presents to members of my family so they have not yet been delivered or opened. Hence I can only rate as acceptable for now. That said you were a little premature requesting a review as they were not due for delivery to me until the day after. I have now received them.”

“Previously had no issues however after purchasing one of there Christmas Cheese & Wine hampers it asked me for a delivery date which I chose 20th Dec it was delivered on the 4th?? I contacted the enquiries team by email and as yet have had no response to my email...very disappointing...”
