I received a chocolate hamper. It was £50 reduced to £24.99. I have to say I think this hamper was way overpriced even at £24.99 for a few chocolates. I have received hampers before from this company and they have been great but the last one I received was overpriced.

Hamper not as ordered. The delivery wasn't on time but given what's going on in the world, no problem there. This was a gift for a friend and while she was happy with it, I had ordered the wine and cheese selection hamper, but instead of wine, Port was sent, instead of the "lovely wire basket", the package was sent in a box. If substitutes are being made, particularly sending Port instead of wine, the customer should be emailed in advanced. For the price paid, I expected more.

Only problem was it was a gift for husband on valentine's day and it arrived a day earlier than I had chosen. As it was addressed to him he opened it a day earlier. So it spoiled the Valentines day surprise.

I cannot rate the hamper as I have not seen it. It is not due to be delivered until the 9th of January. It is being delivered(hopefully) to a friend a long way away. I may get a response from Karen or I may not. Robert Bunting.

I ordered 3 hampers on the same date for my address For my wife and 2 daughters. Same day delivery. Text messages cane. But 2 was delivered. One is not delivered. Disappointed. Customer service is closed till Monday. Delivery date is Saturday , today

I have never been disappointed by the contents of Prestige Hampers and have been using them for 3 years now for Christmas gifts. Unfortunately the delivery let them down this year which I appreciate is not in their control. Having ordered 4 hampers to be delivered to my home on the same date they arrived late and with 3 separate deliveries. Not really acceptable.

postage expensive at £5.80 each time. I ordered 2 small deliveries to same address but they were delivered on consecutive days so paid £11.60 for delivery to same address. I suppose that’s ok though because they were separate hampers...

I ordered a birthday gift. I was given a delivery date, and told my sister when it would be. She stayed in all day. No delivery. She was upset about her wasted day. Customer services said that sometimes delivery can take an extra day but I had seen that info. Not obvious. Apparently the products are good, but the only reason I haven’t rated as poor is because of the prompt email response from customer services.

No complaints about the hampers for the last two years, I thought about going elsewhere after the Royal Mail altered delivery arrangements. I am pleased to say that they were spot on this year.

Hamper was supposed to be delivered today 19/12. Still not been delivered and the time is 1605!!

the website did not accept a voucher code and even with customer service help it needed 2 attempts to make it work ! needs to be clarity too re delivery charges. So transparency not good
