“Online service very simple but the requirement to create an account unnecessarily when there is a checkbox which asks if one would like to proceed with creating an account - but i could not do this?? Also the hidden postage costs came as a surprise upon payment. Normally postage is free within UK with most other online services i have used. Perhaps hide the postage costs in the price so as to offer something for free?”

“Good selection of hampers and I am hoping that the quality of product lives up to the reviews. Only problem was that I was having six different hampers delivered to the same address but seem to have been billed for delivery to a number of addresses. When contacted it they couldn't do anything to change that. The wait on the phone meant that it took longer to do the "fast and easy" checkout than to select the gifts in the first place”

“I wanted to send the same hamper to two family members. Had several attempts over several days. Finally got there and then found the FBLOVE10 code (which hadn't said it was only valid for a limited period of time) wasn't valid. Still I liked the look and variety of hampers and i'm sure the quality seen by the recipients will be great.”

“I recognise that I am in the huge minority of reviewers but I have to say that I have been left disappointed with the hamper value. Unfortunately, it is largely my own stupid fault for not checking the actual content sizes (bottles of wine are airline size) more meticulously before ordering - hence the 3 stars and not 1 or 2. However, in my opinion, the website photograph deliberately exagerates the size of the contents. You (or at least I) live and learn.”
