“Father's Day delivery of a pie, ale, crisps and chocs. Arrived as described and as per delivery day. My dad enjoyed very much. Only downside, the contents list that came with it with ingredients and allergens etc was for the Father's Day Afternoon Tea so lost a star for that 😬”

“Arrived as per order. There was slightly less ‘cool’ packaging so hopefully their still fresh etc. They’re a gift for my Dad for Father’s Day and he’s had 2 or 3 other things from you so I’m sure he’ll enjoy the individual pork pies. My one query would be - there are 5 flavours, but only 9 pies and ironically the flavour I think he’d be interested to try the most, namely the one with black pudding is the flavour that there is only 1 of 🤷🏻‍♀️😕”

“I was disappointed in that I ordered a pork pie hamper for my dad but he received a steak and ale pie. Whilst the contents of the box seem brilliant quality and I’m very impressed with that I’m a bit disappointed that I wasn’t warned the main product would change as this pie is not suitable for my dad so I wouldn’t have ordered that.”

“I am in New Zealand and ordered a hamper for my daughter's birthday, she is in England. The selection is great, the ordering process straightforward and my daughter was delighted with her gift when she got it but she wasn't in to receive the delivery and the next day was a public holiday so she had to go to the post office to collect it two days later. I was expecting notification of when it was being sent but didn't hear anything! If an email could have been sent to me advising of the delivery date and approximate time I could have told her partner and he would have been there to receive it.”

“I have used Prestige hampers on many occasion. So far, I have had no problems with Hampers and timing. Always arrived on time, especially for special occasions. It would be nice and more advantageous, if Prestige added Birthday cakes or special occasion cakes, plus birthday cards etc. to their collection. Also, I sent two parcels to the same address, and was charged a delivery fee on each parcel!”

“All good eventually as I requested the hampers to be delivered on the 30 as it was my son's birthday yesterday and I am in SA. Was a bit disappointed that it was only delivered today but he said it was very nicely packed, thank you!”
