We have sent two hampers to two of our sisters in the last three months and on both occasions the cheeses were almost out of date with one of them being out of date on the following day from delivery. In view of the name prestige we feel this is not good enough and will not be back again. Some recompense would be justified.

Ordered a chocolate hamper but was disappointed when it was delivered the contents weren't what I expected poor quantity.

Very disappointed I ordered Explorer's Wine Case it was reduced from £49.99 down to £26.99 but still it was no where near worth the money. I also ordered prestige message card for extra 50p which was very cheap looking and was put just under where you open box so got cut opening box so unusable, you would of thought they would put it inside box. This was the first time I ordered from them and will be the last unless they consider some sort of compensation.

As part of my husband’s hamper, which was a gift from colleagues, the Yorkshire Crisps had the seal broken and pulled back as if someone had been eating them!!!! Not very nice at all. My husband didn’t want to complain as it was a lovely thing for his colleagues to have done but this is letting them down so am complaining on his behalf.

For the price of a hamper of £59.99, I had expected it to be a substantial one, but was disappointed to accept a small heart shaped box with chocolates in it plus a small bottle of red wine. Did not seem to be good value for money.

H8, disappointed it was not delivered on the selected delivery date. Was sent to postal depot even though the delivery details were correct. Still waiting on update when It will actually be delivered.

I ordered a fruit basket for next day delivery. They despatched it too late and didn't even tell me so I had to contact them where they pretended to resend it, when all they did is wait until their next day's Royal Mail collection. The basket that arrived looks nothing like the picture and while I understand packaging material is necessary to keep the fruit from bruising, using brown shredded cardboard doesn't look appealing.

My wife and I thought the cheeses were bland and not particularly pleasant. The wine was mediocre - cheap plonk really. I wouldn’t bother with this again.

Hampers were delivered on time. However, prices on website misleading, when selecting a product it automatically selected the premium card option requiring the customer to opt out rather than opt in, which in most other service providers is the opposite way around. The delivery price stated on the page was also different to that on the final order with no explanation as to why. Upon an investigation after the purchase I was told it was an oversight on their part in their website which would be rectified however no offer was made for refunding the difference. Their response time was prompt, however a refund of the difference was only given when I specifically requested it. Whilst only a small amount of money it was the principle that they didn't look to amend their error. I won't be using their company again or recommending it to others.

Although the hamper is lovely, the delivery was abit of a nightmare. I ordered 10 days prior to avoid any last min delays so my mother could receive a hamper on her birthday, the email said i would receive shipping updates which I didnt, so I checked delivery status, and it said there would be a delay, baring in mind I paid the extra for it to be delivered that day. I contacted prestige who in all fairness replied quickly, refunded the delivery money and offered a £10 off next time etc. Fine, no probs, it said it would be delivered next working day. I explained to my mum which was meant to be a surprise that her present from us would be with her the following day. Following day arrived still nothing, sent a email to prestige, nothing. Sent a email late evening expecting a reply back on the 3rd day, nothing. Parcel then arrives, communication broke down. In all fairness, some may read it as petty and I never usually complain but iv not done anything like this before, and if this experience was anything to by I probably wont bother next time. The surprise element was quickly taken away and then no one to give me updates what was actually happening. I haven't received a notification saying its been delivered either, my mum told me. Just expected alot better, really disappointing

Very small for what you pay for, probably decent chocolates but I'm extremely disappointed. I would put this hamper at no more then £12 not £25 absolute madness!

I ordered a hamper for a friend's birthday, ten days in advance. I was promised that an e mail would be sent giving me a tracking number. On the day of the birthday I got an e mail to say that the hamper would be delivered on the day after the birthday. There was no tracking number. This is simply not good enough.

The hamper was nothing like the picture show- it came in a cheap round basket - like something your great Nan would have in her house. This was a fun gift for a man- a box would have looked way more modern and classy

Didn't get the packaging I wanted, should have been a wire cheese holder which is why I ordered that particular hamper but got a wooden box instead, so a bit disappointed. Delivery although a bit on the expensive side was inefficient.

Hamper arrived a day late. Note inside saying if you receive late dont eat and contact customer service. Contacted customer service with no response (I admit it was at 4pm as I have been in work). And the British valley chocolates were 4 lindt ball!

Very poor website. Hard to fill in tiny boxed. No proper autofill from postcode. Wont be using again sorry.
