I was sent a voucher towards another order because the first delivery (Royal Mail) came 24 hours late form the Royal Mail email stated time of delivery in an email. All the food was therefore warm - presumably left in a van. The voucher was about a third of the original cost, so that was disappointing. BUT the latest delivery was cold and on time hence 2 stars.

Order 2 items to arrive on the same day. Got 1 and not the other. Not sure why If I purchase multiple items do they all get individual tracking numbers and sent at different times rather then all at once. I emailed them 3 times 2 today with no response and no way to call. There are many hamper companies out there so I won’t be using them again on the off chance I won’t receive my full order and lack of response.

I ordered a hamper to be delivered on 21st December (ordered well in advance). It was not delivered until 22nd. When I raised a complaint I was told the matter would be looked into and a refund of the delivery would be made straight away. Nearly 3 weeks later, I had to chase the delivery refund and ask what happened about the late delivery - just to be told they didn't know what had happened and that a refund of delivery only would be done in the next couple of days. Very poor service. Would not use again.

Please consider not charging twice for delivery when two items are being delivered to the same person at the same address on the same day.

Ordered a nice Christmas hamper for my elderly parents set to arrive on the 24th Dec. today is the 29th and it still has not arrived. Very upset. I ordered end of November and would easily have picked a sooner date if I’d have known a promise couldn’t be met. Their online chat is a joke. Waiting time over 50 mins and if you don’t keep pressing the page the chat is ended and you repeat the process again. No response by email within 24 hours. I live in the US and phoning and time difference isn’t helpful. Very dissatisfied and parents still awaiting their gift.

I received this as a gift. Arrived on time, well packaged. So far I have tried the chocolate pralines and the Xmas cake. They were both dry and tasteless, with the texture of cardboard. I won’t be in a hurry to try the rest of the items

My only poor review was presentation. It seems a shame to present food packaged in plain clear cellophane with no label to state what it is, and as my food hamper was a Christmas gift I needed to clarify the contents with the person sending it, as it wasn’t all clear unless the food was in a manufactured box. Therefore a list of the contents would have been very helpful.

Parcel was delivered on time. However once recipient opened it up the box of Pigs in Blankets was split open and unable to use.

I sent ONE parcel containing Two items and was charged multiple delivery costs : 2 items costing 19.99 each and cost for delivery 12.60 WHAT ?? What a SCAM !!

Add on bottle of wine to gift - £6.99. No wonder I couldn't click on the item as it is only a 37.5cl bottle! Feel well ripped off!

Just an update on hamper due to arrive 5th December. It has arrived today!!!! 17th December. Had given up on it. Have to say its lovely basket and looks good quality food. So dont give up those of you still waiting!

Quite disappointed, farily expensive hampers and very very little in them and one not even in a hamper just shoved in a carbord box,had to look twice to see if there was any more in the box but no. One arrived on time another a day late which was ment to be chilled so now has to go back. Would not use again nor recommend

Only one of the three hampers I ordered for delivery today has actually been delivered. One for Bristol is still in the Tyneside depot. I understand that the one for Coll needs to go on a boat, but it appears that it is not even in Scotland yet.

Sadly our orders ARE and remain undelivered. We had placed our orders many weeks in advance due to the current pandemic and possible delays. 4 happers ordered with a total value of over £400. Most disapointing.

I ordered a hamper at considerable cost specifically to be delivered before the beginning of this week as it is for a special occasion (not Christmas) but have now been told it will arrive only "before Christmas" sometime which is not good enough. The whole point of ordering early on 3rd December was to avoid the rush and disappointment of it not arriving in time. I feel very let down especially after being told that it is due to the Courier Service not having sufficient drivers. I appreciate it is difficult with the Covid but this should have been fully anticipated and catered for. I have ordered many times from Prestige Hampers and came back to them because of the good service in the past but it is unlikely I will use them again after this experience.

Paid extra to have a hamper delivered on a specific date. Not only did it not arrive in that date but it still hasn’t. 10 days and counting. Still no hamper. I understand it’s busy over Christmas, but don’t promise you can deliver something for a set day if that’s the case.

Well I ordered it for yesterday. I payed for it to be on yesterday date. It's not coming till today from Royal mail .
