I would not have placed an order if I’d known that the the delivery would be delayed - this could have been communicated clearly when the order was placed as it was a gift for a birthday so rather fell flat. It was misleading to suggest that delivery would be made on a particular day when the company must have been aware they wouldn’t be able to deliver to that schedule. Disappointed and will not be ordering again.

I ordered for delivery a week before Christmas. Never received confirmation when I asked if it had been delivered. Despite Ordering online and receiving confirmation of the order via email the helpline said they did not see an order linked to my email. Despite two follow up emails I have received nothing back. Money has been taken from my account and as far as I am aware no hamper has been delivered. As I am on the opposite side of the world I am limited with email contact. Not happy.

Picture when I bought was different and what arrived could not be considered a hamper. The box the oatcakes and chutneys came in was half full of paper tendrils to make it seem like you're getting more for your money. Certainly not worth the price for the items I got. Card included wasn't a proper card.

I ordered my hamper early to be delivered on 24th December. The hamper was delivered on 18th December, what is the point. I spent 55mins waiting on the phone to get through to customer services and gave up. I have sent 4 emails regarding my issue and still not received a response. Will not be recommending Prestige.

I would live to be writing a review saying how well you have done but I haven't received either of my orders. I believe I have spent around £10 on delivery. A response from yourselves would be great

Very disappointing poor packaging and damaged items due to being thrown about by possible deliverers also photo very deceiving.

It’s a shame nobody rang the contact number given we have still not got the hamper and it is now at a post office 15 miles away - probably will not do this next year! The address you failed to deliver to was 7 Bedford Square partridge Green - not happy

I was disappointed with the lack of items in the hamper. I also thought it definitely wasn’t value for money, especially for the amount that I paid for it. I had to buy additional items to add to the hamper so that it didn’t look so empty, which defeats the purpose I got it for in the first place.

Used last year and wasn't too bad ... this year awful delivered the gifts a week early , so not the best , i don't think i will be using again

I thought the ‘hamper’ was going to be a hamper and not a cardboard box. I ordered this as a Christmas present and it’s just not presentable at all. I also though the products would be larger than they are but they are really small so I’m quite disappointed!

When I called back to ask a question the gentleman I spoke to was very slack and unhelpful. Trying to get me off the line with no interest. Not impressed at all Lynette Lancaster

I cannot understand how you can call this a Family Hamper. The contents are undersized and lacking in appeal. The carton of tea contains 6 tea bags! Through the wrapper, I can tell that the bar of chocolate is broken and the other contents would certainly not go round a “family.” The hamper basket is presentable but at the price charged, plus postage, with that money I could have filled this hamper with really quality goods. This is to be presented as first prize in a charity raffle on Tuesday - if we had more time to create our own hamper, we would. Really disappointing all round.
