Well I ordered it for yesterday. I payed for it to be on yesterday date. It's not coming till today from Royal mail .

Sadly after one very successful order back in November I decided to order from you again as was so impressed! Sadly this order was a complete mess up which took up loads of my time trying to sort, delivery did not arrive on due date and as fresh food when it did arrive fresh food had to be thrown, complained was offered another to be sent out, which then also did not turn up on the day it was meant to! So when it did arrive three days later food had to be thrown!!! Complained again and eventually gift was delivered successfully today!! Sadly though it ruined the whole surprise for my brother and totally stressed me out trying to sort it! Such a shame as I had been so impressed the first time!!

Price higher than on prom email. £19.99 became more. It took ages for transaction to complete. You provided a new password which didn’t work so had to try again. Sorry to be so negative but I’m sure you want to improve . Happy Christmas.

Disappointed! The site was easy to navigate and the range of hampers and gifts quite comprehensive. However, what let this customer down was delivery or rather the late delivery!! A day late for a very special birthday with no explanation or apology. I remain a very disappointed customer!’

As yet, I do not know what the results of my order will be, until the Recipient receives it on the 15th December 2020, but I would like to know in the meantime, why I was charged £5.80 Delivery, when it clearly stated on the Site page FREE DELIVERY. I ended up paying £56.80. I tried doing a chat on line, but failed miserably, as the site kept stating I had run out of time. As far as the rest is concerned, I cannot comment as yet. I hope to get a response in answer to this Thank you

Credit card message asked for confirmation to pay PrestigeFLOWERS. Don't usually get credit card request for confirmation so a bit suspicious. Phoned Customer services to check no problem. Recorded message of in queue for 40 mins. No info on place in queue or time to wait. Got fed up and paid anyway - looks ok but very frustrating

I have just spent over an hour ordering two hampers. I found the password section confusing and ended up with half a dozen passwords as you stated I was a returning customer and I wasnt. I was just about to give up when I eventually got past the page. I need to order another item but am put off by lengthy procedure. Also help chat had 27 minute wait time!

The order did not arrive on time. I chose a delivery date and it did not arrive on this day. It was a birthday gift and now its going to be delivered late. I'm very disappointed.

Purchased the food and drink hamper £129.99 , not worth the money for whats in there. Have bought from here before very dissappointed.

Main page of website is OK. Ordering gets slightly confusing, as well as misleading. You need to continual check, re-check that what you've actually ordered is right. Then do not forget the postage... That's what really bumps up the cost.

Tricking you into 5% or 10% discounts but when you apply the codes at the checkout there's actually £5 or £10.. it's a shame as they do nice products, used them every year.

Ordered on-line on the basis of being offered and subscribing to a 20% discount. I never got the discount on check out. Not happy!

Have not received the parcel - as lovely as the guy from customer service was on the phone - I asked my gran to sit in all morning and she cancelled her plans.... And it's still not there
