Whilst the price of the hampers was competitive the after service has been absolutely shocking. I booked a delivery for yesterday, nothing was received and I had no communication from anyone either. These were meant to be gifts to be awarded at a Sales Meeting, which I was unable to do as I had already left for the meeting. They were eventually delivered to a “safe place” today but I was only told this when I chased where my delivery was.

Impressed with the delivery and communication, however, very disappointed with our 10 hampers we ordered to send to customers. The quality of the basket they are presented is shocking, I wouldn't be surprised if you got splinters from it as there are loose pieces of wood. The overall presentation of the hamper was also very disappointing, lets hope what's in them tastes amazing to make up for the low quality presentation.

The packaging was a bit dissapointing from the previous buy . four years ago.the previous gift came in a nice leather case.

I know it was only a £20 fruit basket , but it really wasn’t impressive £5-£8 of fruit in it maximum. Very disappointed.

The contents of the hampers are truly underwhelming, particularly for the price. Ordered a number of hampers on one order, to the same address yet had to pay delivery on each hamper. Disappointed purchase

I was disappointed with the presentation. It came in a cardboard box with the fruits hidden. I ordered a fresh fruit basket to brighten someone’s day and expected it to come in a basket with clear wrap with the fruits visible but it didn’t. Just be mindful. It arrived as planned.

I had no tracking link on the delivery day, as mentioned in the confirmation email, and the gift got sent without the cake!!! What's the point of offering this option when you let people down and you make them pay for a full package!?

Didn't get fruit hamper I ordered, looked nothing like the pictures, complained & got nowhere, wouldn't use company again awful. Def not value for money appalling.

I ordered the Summer Gift basket. It appears to come in a hamper, with a lid, with "two bottles of wine". It arrived in a plain, open basket, and the bottles are small, not full-size. Unfair marketing, I think....

We have sent two hampers to two of our sisters in the last three months and on both occasions the cheeses were almost out of date with one of them being out of date on the following day from delivery. In view of the name prestige we feel this is not good enough and will not be back again. Some recompense would be justified.

Very disappointed I ordered Explorer's Wine Case it was reduced from £49.99 down to £26.99 but still it was no where near worth the money. I also ordered prestige message card for extra 50p which was very cheap looking and was put just under where you open box so got cut opening box so unusable, you would of thought they would put it inside box. This was the first time I ordered from them and will be the last unless they consider some sort of compensation.

As part of my husband’s hamper, which was a gift from colleagues, the Yorkshire Crisps had the seal broken and pulled back as if someone had been eating them!!!! Not very nice at all. My husband didn’t want to complain as it was a lovely thing for his colleagues to have done but this is letting them down so am complaining on his behalf.

For the price of a hamper of £59.99, I had expected it to be a substantial one, but was disappointed to accept a small heart shaped box with chocolates in it plus a small bottle of red wine. Did not seem to be good value for money.

H8, disappointed it was not delivered on the selected delivery date. Was sent to postal depot even though the delivery details were correct. Still waiting on update when It will actually be delivered.

I ordered a fruit basket for next day delivery. They despatched it too late and didn't even tell me so I had to contact them where they pretended to resend it, when all they did is wait until their next day's Royal Mail collection. The basket that arrived looks nothing like the picture and while I understand packaging material is necessary to keep the fruit from bruising, using brown shredded cardboard doesn't look appealing.
