Delivery booked for anniversary gift 18th September. Did not arrive. Took 3 emails to get anywhere and not over helpful and it eventually arrived on 24th. Very disappointing, particularly when you have to ask the recipient if your gift has arrived. Should have offered some sort of compensation. Not sure that I would use them again. Adrienne

Hamper due to arrive today and we are still waiting. I sent it to my son as a birthday present so very disappointed. We received notification that it would be delivered between 9.00am and 2.00 pm but now it’s 6.45 pm and nothing has arrived

The choice of hampers is very good, but the Hamper was not delivered on the required date (26th August). Please ensure that the hamper is delivered today 27th August 2020 Thank you John Cox

It's ok in terms of navigation but when I first got on the page there was a pop up telling me I'd get 10% off if I put in my email address. I had been browsing around other sites and the discount really made the difference but then when I came to purchase I realised I had not been sent a discount code. In the end I went ahead as I was so bored of looking but the experience left a slightly bad taste.

I was extremely disappointed on how long order took to arrive at its destination, owing to it being fresh fruit & only 3 different pieces of fruit in basket which consisted of grapes orange & apples.

I like the ease of presentation of the shopping experience. I had trouble logging into my account. No one on the phone to take an order ( I can understand this with Covid) However I had a discount code BHAMPER 750 which was not accepted and this was the last day of use so I am disappointed not to get my discount applied. I did have to use a credit instead which I did not want to use today. Still disappointed i've not had my credit applied. :-( I don't like giving two stars but quite frustrated, As this could so easily have been 5 *

There was no bottle of wine included in the hamper gift intended for my father, no acknowledgement of the issue or proposal of a solution. Perhaps having bottles within gift packages should have secure packaging - still waiting for reply over 1 week now!!

Sent the wrong order, they sent a cheaper box of wine and cheese,I was asked to send it back. They did refund the postage, then sent the right order. I have to say, it didn't look much more the the cheap 1, it wasn't worth £25, the cheese were then smaller..

I ordered the "Luxury Gift Basket" to send as a gift for someone. One of the reasons why I chose it is the beautiful hamper that is shown on the website. However, I am very disappointed to find out that what I ordered came in a very cheap looking basket totally different from the photo. Which is neither "equal" nor "greater value" like as stated in your substitution info. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING. In addition, the delivery was one day late. It beats the purpose of giving your customers the option for the date of delivery if you cannot execute it in the first place. The delivery address is not in the "highlands" or "islands", and there was no "bad weather". The delay was unacceptable as this order was made for a specific occasion.

Products look lovely but the website was awful. I was using Safari on a mobile device. Delivery fees added on without any clear indication of what they were or where they had come from. It forced me to register to place an order, yet 3 times the registration failed, just saying “we could not register you with those details”. No indication as to what was wrong. Abandoned purchase and tried to just create an account, that then told me the email was already in use... Horrendous customer experience. Eventually managed to get it to send me a password reset (to an email address that supposedly failed to register...). Hoping the order actually gets delivered correctly after that palaver. If I wasn’t so late finding a Father’s Day gift I definitely would’ve abandoned trying to place an order. Sort your website out guys.

The basket wasn’t the one shown on the picture It was just a small flat basket, the one on the picture was a bigger shopping type basket disappointing. This was for our son and daughter in law’s Wedding Anniversary.

We received a fruit hamper as a, very kind gift from grandparents, for our children. The idea is lovely, but the fruit arrived in poor condition - The bananas were bruised and sweating in a plastic bag, the grapes were "turning" and the satsumas were dry. I think the idea is excellent, but the product did not live up to expectations. We will not say these things to the gifter, but I think you need to improve the whole service.

Do not use this company .My hamper has not arrived .ordered on 2nd June. Have asked for money back. Have not been able to contact them by phone and they are NOT replying to my emails .Do they exist ?

Had to re address multiple purchase TWICE. This was a pain. I nearly backed out to go to Amazon. Not an easy site for Older folk to manage,

I have just purchased a hamper and wanted a card to go with it. I had no idea how to add it. No instructions were given. Also trying to pay is a bit of a nightmare. It was only when I got an email to say I had something left in my basket that I realised the transaction hadnt gone through. I cant comment on the item as I havent seen it as yet.

I received the fruit box sooner than expected. Although the apples, and citrus fruit look good the grapes and bananas are certainly 'over ripe'. I do not like bananas when they go 'spotty' so will not be eating them. As for the grapes they are over their best so will be thrown away. Don't think the hamper is worth 20pounds and i will not be buying any hampers from you again. Good job i checked first because i wanted to send my mother in law a hamper, good idea sending myself one first as i will continue with marks and spencer for food hampers and flowers. Can't go wrong!

I have used Prestige for many years and always had excellent service, until I ordered for my nieces birthday. The goods have not arrived and I have been unable to get any help from Prestige. Most disappointed.

I am really disappointed in this company. The first hamper I ordered was delivered very late. I was given a voucher where |I think a partial refund would have been better. I have ordered another. I will wait and see if this arrives on time.
