So upset I ordered a Hamper for my Son’s birthday over two weeks ago. My Son’s birthday was yesterday and there has been no sign of the hamper. The money was taken from my bank when I ordered. I have also emailed and no response. I understand we are living in extreme circumstances however this is not good enough.

My son sent flowers to cheer me up as the covid situations really getting me down. They arrived on April 20th what a let down, the greenery (branches) shed the leaves leaving the box. The mauve flower dropping petals 3 days later won't last much longer. Cerise standard.

Ordered an Explorer's Wine Kit for a friend's 50th Birthday. Had looked at several other sites which said during Covid 19 crisis I could not specify a delivery date, so I chose Prestige Hampers because they still had a 'set the date' option. The wine arrived 4 days late. I fully understand why in the current climate, but would have appreciated honesty from the start.

Have placed two orders now, first one was late delivery, second one due for delivery today as anniversary gift not received, checking on line it says still processing! Response time to enquiries not acceptable, will not use a third time.

I have tried to call you but unable to get through. Sadly the hamper has still not arrived at my Son's address and should have arrived on the 9th April. I am very disappointed

Not happy with the service. It is now a week after the date of requested delivery, I have emailed a couple of times to find out when it will be delivered, first email I received back was extremely vauge, second email gave me a fedex tracking, to which i can see it has been stuck in the Fedex warehouse for the last 7 days, I work with Fedex myself with my work and I know from what I was seeing that Fedex needs to be contacted by the dispatcher to resolve the issue. I asked Prestige hampers to contact Fedex and requested should the hamper not be delivered by Friday, (at that point 10 days late) I would like a refund, as this is for a special occasion, I want to order something that will be with my Mum in time for Easter. They then responded saying they have cancelled and refunded the order. I have given 2 stars because I am grateful to get a refund however I did not want this, I wanted this to be resolved which it would have been if they had just contacted Fedex to rearrange the delivery. If they had done this instead of outright cancelling my order then I wouldnt even be righting this. I understand delays happen in transit, all i wanted was abit of assistance to resolve this in time for Easter. - Please could somebody get in touch with me to reconfirm that I will be receiving the refund as per the email I received from the customer service team. Thank you.

Very disappointed that item was not delivered on time - they responded immediately but they didn't resolve matter as quickly as they first responded. Accordingly, when I tracked order I was told it was being delivered. Unfortunately it was not. and as of today April 5th I had to order something else. Hopefully this will be delivered. Note also they supposed to have given me discount - WILL SEE !!!!!

This is the second attempt of my order for my Mother on Mothers day. The first should have been delivered on Saturday and has yet to arrive. Tracking the order the item was still in Hemel Hempstead Called you on Tuesday and they said they would despatch another and it would be received the following day. Surprise no packaged delivered. Tracked order and the parcel is in Tyneside (no where near where it should be).

I recieved the hamper a day late, and some of the fruit had gone off, the apples tasted bland also but that's personal preference. Not worth the money.

My Wife had never had a hamper, it was a great surprise. Personally I found it very disappointing with so few items and so small in size against the overall cost! For the surprise factor alone, I thank you! Mr C.V.Gilbert.

I had been given a promo number to get a discount. I couldn't find a place to add this number. I emailed and was told that because I was getting free delivery, I wouldn't get the promo discount. Well guess what I was charged for delivery! Watch out for these extra fees....your order can end up costing a lot more than you anticipated.

Ordered for delivery on the 19th, tracking said it was being held at Royal Mail warehouse, only delivered on the 20th If you cannot guarantee a delivery date dont give the option for one, poor service.

Look very nice so ordered two but the web site did a bonzo and booked three? I think its a nice website but coo many boxes and confusing . If you want reviews and comments should leave them out until after the sale, and the order shows completed!! I was unable to find and reach help to clear the mistake so one house will get the same order twice and we fight to get the money back some time next year?

Stop asking me on every single page, and every single time I scroll up, to sign up for your freaking newsletter to be in with a chance for a prize!!! Please! I’m sure it converts well, I’m certain it looks amazing in your engagement metrics, but OHMYGOD it’s outrageously annoying and I hate your company as a result. I still ordered because I’m on a deadline, but I was filled with the rage of a thousand suns whilst trying to do so. I hope you have a merry Christmas.
