“It was all ok, but didn't get an email to say it was on its way..... Had to search for Royal mail tracking no. Phoned contact no says open M-F 9-5...... Phoned around 10.30am...... Ans phone saying office is closed 😲”

“I have used prestige hampers a number of times before and been delighted. However I was unable to use my £7 gift voucher on a 22.99 hamper which was very disappointing All the best. Tina”

“Service was excellent. I think the product was good but but not value for money. The pictures were misleading. The fall in price after Christmas was considerable. I will buy again but after Christmas!”

“Ordered two hampers (I live in Australia - our daughter in the UK) for her birthday. One arrived. The other has not turned up. Very disappointed. No problem with hamper contents, just thst I ordered two and only one was delivered. Very crosd”

“Although the hamper arrived more than 3 weeks early and was nothing like the photo, the customer service were understanding on my complaint and gave me a full refund hence the 3 stars. Make sure you check weights and measures of the hampers and contents before you order.”

“I ordered Artisan Pork Pie and Rolls for a colleague for Christmas. My colleague reported back that the pie was lovely, but the rolls were dry. Also the parcel was delivered 24 hours later than it should've been.”

“Can honestly say that i have never been more dissapointed. My daughters got me the luxury hamper, i would honestly say it was anything but and i would go so far as to say they had been thoroughly ripped off!!!”

“Hamper was good, but short shelf life and no delivery updates so I was unaware it had been delivered to a neighbour who didn't know to refrigerate the parcel so it could of been ruined.”

“Nice hamper. It was a gift for my Mum and she loved the goodies. Just a bit annoyed that it arrived so early. It was left on the doorstep for 3 days because my Mum was away, despite booking a specific delivery date.”
