Everything else was excellent, but the products were delivered 3 days earlier than I had ordered. Normally wouldn't complain about this, but now the timing was planed to fit the other activities.

Experience was OK but items ordered were delivered before the nominated delivery date, luckily I was at home and the items went very well secured for transport with outer packaging damaged and wet

Products seem perfectly nice, but website is appalling. Search function is completely broken, trying to claim voucher code that actually referred us to it is impossible. I hope my Great Aunt enjoys the hamper though!

I am sure I will not win any prizes The site was difficult to negotiate and I had to keep going back to order. It was tricky but got done in the end I would have liked an easier time

Received afternoon tea box from a friend . Ordered on 09 December and delivered on 12th. Chocolate loaf cake was out of date on 10 December , one day after it was ordered. Had I waited to open it on Christmas Day would have been more out of date. All other items were fine but so disappointed witn the chocolate loaf cake. Order ref 06594475.

The recipient said that it arrived despite the fact I received no notification of dispatch as an email informed me that I would receive dispatch notification

The website is very difficult to use if you have an overseas address and your chat bot is not 24 hours.

Good choice of products. Website is clunky. Confirmation email makes no mention of delivery details or date. Now nervous that the delivery will be late.

I wanted to send multiple gifts to the same address but could not find a way of doing this without paying multiple delivery charges, No-one was available on the chat and no one came back to me from customer services in time so I had to change my plans. A little bit disappointed that there was no way to speak to a real person to clear up my options quickly. Next year I will be more organised so I have time to shop around properly!

I await comments from the recipients about the Quality of the Hamper contents! Your Delivery Service is EXCELLENT, if it's carried out to the Date offered, at short notice! YOUR WEBSITE IS ABYSMAL!!!! IT HAS TAKEN ME 3 HOURS TO ORDER 4 ITEMS! FIRSTLY CONTENTS OF EACH HAMPER SHOULD BE LISTED ON THE MAIN PAGE, TO AVOID THE NECESSITY TO GO 'BACK & FORTH' TO MAKE COMPARISONS! THEN WHEN PLACING ORDER IT KEEPS DELETING PREVIOUS ITEMS, WHILE OFFERING THE ITEM LAST ORDERED AGAIN INSTEAD OF THE NEW ONE YOU WISH TO PURCHASE! WHEN YOU ATTEMPT TO DELETE THESE UNWANTED ITEMS IT DELETES THE PREVIOUS ITEM YOU'VE JUST ORDERED AND DO WANT! i'VE HAD TO ENTER ALL MY ITEMS AT LEAST TWICE AND SOME FOUR TIMES! AN ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE FOR AN 'OLDIE'! (I'M 89!)

Your website is infuriating. I tried 4 times on my phone to make a card with photo upload but there was a speach bubble in front of the continue arrow, which meant that I couldt proceed´. so I tried on my laptop and a similar problem occured whereby there was no way of proceeding because of the way the website is arranged. So I gave up and just ordered the hamper´! wasted loads of time, didnt get what I wanted and Prestige lost revenue. And consequently next time I may go elsewhere.

The Hampers are nicely and securely packed and in good price but they charge £5.99 per item per delivery so if you order 3 of them you actually paying £18 for delivery to your home which is quite bad.

Had a lot of problems logging in as a returning customer and had to make at least 3 phone calls to your CS dept. Managed to log in myself eventually but all this took at least and a bit hours.

Ok, but next day delivery at £5.99 extra is added automatically, and can not be disabled even though it says optional!

My order arrived very early which I don't mind but arrived in quite a big box and makes the gift not look great. Think the picture is very misleading.
