After speaking to the sales team about stock levels and next day delivery, I placed an order for 10 hampers. I received a confirmation email from sales team regarding my order, made the payment and arranged delivery for next day(saturday). Premium postage was paid to receive updates and tracking. By Saturday lunchtime, there was no update. So i tracked on line, and no order number found. Spoke to live chat, except not live but a bot instead and still cant find order. Customer support only available mon to fri. Waste of my day, very unhappy with sales team and no customer support at all. Would not recommend or use again. Will be looking for full refund Monday morning.

Booked delivery on a specific day and it turned up a day late, with a note inside that it was intended to be delivered the day after I ordered it for... so my request for specific delivery was ignored. Not impressed and won’t be ordering again! Customer service not helpful at all.

I was offered a £10 voucher because of my complaint that my product arrived crumpled and looked messy. This was my reply to customer service. I do not want a £10 voucher from your company I will not be using prestige hampers / or flowers again. And will be advising my friends family and colleagues the same. The box was damaged I had fixed it so it did not look as bad as it had arrived to me when I sent you the photo. I didn't want to complain if you look at my name under trust pilot you will see I do not make a habit of complaining I give good reviews as I usually get good service. My husband had said you can't send that as a gift as it looks at the moment. It looks shabby and unprofessional this is the reason I have complained. Hopefully, you will take it on board and ensure your customers get their products in a fit state to enjoy. I am not happy with prestige hampers

Afternoon Tea Hamper advertised at £19.99 states free delivery but when I called to order I was told this is not the case. I will order from another company that doesn’t mislead on the advertisement.

Awful. Never again. Ordered Christmas Afternoon Tea for a Christmas present. When delivered it said to consume within 2 days! No warnings given when ordered 4 weeks before Christmas. Totsl waste of time and money. Very disappointed.

I ordered 3 mystery alcohol free hampers. They were reduced from to £19.99 as a Black Friday special offer according to Prestige Hampers adverts. I received 3 lovely boxes but when I opened them I found they contained a bottle of elderflower cordial, 6 tea bags, 2 tiny tiny pots of jam, 100g strawberry cream chocolates, a 20g bag of cheese snacks and 60grams of shortbread biscuits. This is not good value for money at all for £20 and certainly not for the £49 prestige say they were selling it at prior to Black Friday

Bought a mystery hamper supposedly worth £50+ for £20. Contents - This hamper is advertised as worth at least £50. The cordial retails at £3.75, the Cheddar Cheesies £1.29, the Walkers shortbread £2.49, Whittakers strawberry creams £1.99, 6 English tea bags £1.49 and mini jam pot also £1.49 TOTAL FOR ALL £12.50 – not even the cost of the so called reduced offer price! Yes folks, 5 mini items and a bottle of squash - SURPRISE !! Customer services couldn't give a fig, am referring onto trading standards - Plus won't let me post a photo of rubbish received

I ordered a birthday present and added extras. The order was delivered on time but the extras I paid for were omitted. I am very cross about this and the refund for the missing items is not good enough. I asked the recipient for a photo of the delivery I would not have known that there was anything missing. This is not acceptable if you are delivering gifts greater care should be taken to include everything order otherwise it looks very bad

After my failure in the first delivery for 15/10, did second order. Got a tracking number, was not delivered and was returned on 18/10. and 19/10 not delivered yet! the stuff inside my package must be rotten by now! they are still not able to refund and I need to wait till 6 pm to see if delivered or not! Waste of my time. Horrible costumer service and very disappointing! Avoid at all cost!

We’re to start I placed my order and was advised of its arrival date, didn’t arrive a day later turned up and advised not to eat, re ordered advised arrival on 17/10 didn’t arrive then told it was 18/10 and guess what yep didn’t arrive again. Really disappointing

APPAULING - If I could give no Stars I would, received 1st hamper of fruit which was not fresh, apples all bruised and marked, grapes and bananas gone over, basket was the best bit! NEVER use again. THEN ... complained and received a replacement - strewed all over the box - grapes all off their stems, complained again waste of time they said its all there and offered a voucher towards a next order - Ummm I will NOT be ordering again!

Ordered the wine and cheese slate. Absolutely shocking service!!!. Arrived 2 days late, missed my mums birthday, no message card, no bottle of wine and the crackers box was already open and looks like it was just thrown in the box.

Actually I meant to send a very disappointing email to you. My friend sent me a picture of the fruit basket and it was so poor. Only half full with dull looking fruit and not presented well at all. I was actually embarrassed when they took a picture and sent it to me as a thank you.

Really disappointed. Ordered a hamper for next day delivery it was very important it was deliver then. Not only was it not delivered, nobody could tell me when it would be delivered. All they knew was it had been processed. Very very poor customer service
