Delivered past its sell by date, ok post office strikes, but its impossible to get hold of customer services. Phone lines are clearly shut. So our xmas food hamper has gone in the bin!

I have placed an order to send out pressies to 5 different addresses. I was offered a 10% introductory discount and had 2 different voucher codes, but the portal said "discount code not valid." I have tried calling their office only to get a voicemail message saying we are busy, but directed to a live chat site that has informed me that someone will get back to me. I feel that I have been scammed.

We ordered a hamper that has turned up to our office smashed and soaked all the contents. I have emailed to see if I can get a replacement in time for Christmas and days later is has gone unanswered, I have tried the live chat on their website and every time I attempt it there are 'no agents available' and also I have tried calling a phone number I have found in the pits of their website and I was on hold for three hours and then it just cut out? If you need something in a rush I wouldn't use these people.

Left at a previously agreed “safe place” as delivered by Royal Mail. As recipients were out. Notified with email and picture within 45 minutes of delivery, a good service. Well done!

The date I selected defaulted for a different date in January - meaning my gift would not be sent in time for Xmas. I waited on the phone for almost 2 hours with no response - then I was disconnected. Unable to reach these people via live chat - so if you experience a problem - be warned - you will not reach them!

Please contact me! My order was to be delivered yesterday, Dec 17th. It is sitting at Medway! Why on earth would you send a food product I the mail? Especially when there is multiple mail strikes. It's been 3 days since it was shipped and has still not arrived at destination! The food won't be fit to eat!! To say I'm disappointed would be a huge understatement. Yesterday was the party the hamper was supposed to arrive for. You promised me courier! I have still not received a courier code or message..I searched the info myself.

I am very disappointed as the gift was delivered with a blank card. The wishes and my name were not written on the card and the result was the recipients were trying to find out who sent the gift. In addition, I asked the delivery date to be on a specific day and the gift was delivered a week before. If the delivery date is not the one the customer chooses when making the order, then the option needs to be removed from the site because it is just confusing.

I ordered 3 Christmas Hampers as Christmas presents for my 3 children. I put the delivery date as Tuesday 22nd December. Then my daughter phoned and thanked me for her hamper which was delivered on the 13th December so I immediately told her not to tell her brother and sister about the hampers assuming they had slipped up with the delivery date So I emailed Festive Hampers and told them about the wrong delivery date and no reply. So today the 15th December the other 2 Hampers have been delivered and one of them has been left on the doorstep as they’re not in so anybody walking by can just take it. Absolutely shocking as the delivery date was 22nd December. I definitely will not be using this company again

I ordered a pie hamper for my nephews birthday as a surprise. Royal mail told me that delivery was going to be delayed by a day so I checked with prestige hampers and they said that because the way it was packed it will be okay to consume. I later received an email saying it is not safe to eat. They agreed to send a replacement hamper which was due to be delivered a week after the original delivery date. I questioned this date as I knew that Royal mail had planned strikes. I had an email to confirm that this date was fine and it would be delivered. The hamper did not arrive again. I asked for a replacement again, and for the second time was asked if I’d like something different, and once again said no. I did ask for compensation for my nephew as this was supposed to be a surprise that really wasn’t a surprise after he’d received a hamper of spoiled goods. I also asked for details of somebody that I could raise this complaint with , but I was ignored. This company is still offering fresh food on their website although they cannot deliver it. After asking for confirmation that this will definitely be delivered and for them to answer my questions, they emailed me to say that they’ve refunded me. There’s not much prestige about this hamper business. Do not order any fresh food products from them & hopefully you won’t have any problems with your deliveries because they cannot answer or will not answer your questions.

I would like to thank you for ruining a birthday present for someone important to me. Fast delivery took 4 days(Have not received it yet) and the recipient has already left the country. Thank you, I do not recommend anyone to use your services, as it is a waste of money and time. Thank you and have a nice day

I found the website very difficult to negotiate with insistence on the use of a very old password and email. I would prefer to be able to purchase without the use of a password. I finally got around this by buying in my husband's name
