“INITIALLY I HAD AN ISSUE WITH COST 1 HAMPER OUT OF THREE WAS MORE EXPENSIVE .HOWEVER I EMAILED THE COMPANY AND THEY TOLD ME THE LESSER PRICE WAS ON A PROMOTION. THEY THEN GAVE ME A VOUCHER OFF £10 TOWARDS MY NEXT PURCHASE. WELL DONE.”

“I understand from the recipients that the hamper has been very well received. One thing I would mention is that I paid extra for "Saturday delivery before 1 pm" to ensure someone was at home. It actually arrived last Friday but fortunately someone was home to receive it.”

“Quick service plenty of choice. Never seen the contents as only ever sent the hampers but recipients always delighted. Was worried when I ordered as it discovered it was being sent by Royal Mail and with all the disruption from industrial action I did t think it would get delivered. It arrived a day late.”

“Would give 5 stars based on past dealing. This tme was disappointing. Filling in billing address details has to be done before entering email address and password, but is waste of time if password is forgotten. By the time you go back and change the password, prefilled details are erased so you have to go through it all again. Very frustrating and time-wasting.”

“Very efficient, but 2 observations. I also want to send flowers to another recipient in UK, and wrote asking if these could be combined to qualify for your 50% discount. But it's just a robot, which is no help.”

“It took 3 attempts to complete this order. I don't know how to get a code verification without losing the original order. Had to use separate computer and phone . Got confused by having to use passwords/established accounts from previous attempts. Just seen follow up questions - How do I know? only just ordered it”
