“Overall experience poor firstly the hamper was meant to be on offer however I was charged full price and had to phone a number of occasions to get the difference refunded. Secondly booked delivery for 12/12/19 but has not arrived today is the 12th. So overall very disappointed”

“The flowers were virtually dead! Disappointed really as I have had great service previously, with various food/drinks hampers for corporate clients and always received positive remarks and comments. Based on experience, I still recommend, and will continue to order hampers but I shall avoid flowers in the future. Not their fault, but the package arrived and looked as though it had been in the wars!”

“I have been using your company since 2014. This time I wanted to send TWO items at the same time to the same address. I emailed you asking how to do it? (you have no provision on your site! To phone you would be inconvenient from Australia) you did get back (email) but with an unrelated answer. I emailed again explaining my plight further but no one got back to me! So..... costly as it is! I've had to send TWO different orders (x2 delivery charges?) for the same delivery time to the same address!!!!! NOT A HAPPY CHAPPY”
