My experience with Prestige Hampers was OKay. There were no details in my order confirmation about recipient and I began to think that maybe I'd been scammed. Please when you send order confirmation, please send recipient name and address and a photo of what they will be receiving.

Was very disappointed this time as most of the fruit was battered and bruised when he received it.

I read the reviews about this company before placing an order for a beloved relative just out of hospital with cancer. I wanted the hamper delivered 2 days after placing order. Sad to say did not arrive and I sent an email to them, to be told please refrain from more messages so that staff can sort out problem. That was just one email. money taken out straight away. Tried to chase order, found out it was going to be delivered by royal mail and the order had not even been dispatched.

I’m looking forward to seeing the product, but sadly it didn’t arrive the next day like I’d paid for. The recipient has now gone on holiday so it might have perished by the time they get back. Perhaps review the postage process so that your delivery provider can fulfill what you are advertising.

I ordered a chocolate cake for delivery on 6th May 2022, for my girlfriends Birthday which actually turned out to be a Valentines Day cake! I’m informed it tasted absolutely wonderful but it was not what I expected several months after the actual official event!

As a wine drinker I do like to try different wines. I received the Christmas wine hamper and looked forward to trying the wine. I was very disappointed. When I try a wine and it makes me grimace then it goes in the sink. The wine reminded me of airplane wine, which I’ve ordered and then left. The card and service were great. Sadly the wine is decalking my drains.

Good website, but after receiving an initial email to confirm my order and a promise to keep me up to date with delivery, I heard nothing. I had to phone them to be told it’s nothing to do with them as it’s Royal Mail who delivers. Unsurprisingly, the order was not delivered on the day I was asked to choose, and the recipient did not get their birthday gift. £56 well spent - not. Poor show

So be aware of sizes when ordering I spent £50 on half a bottle of champagne. For a bottle of Moët I expected a full bottle. Chocolate’s we’re also not as expected not like pictured anyway. I also ordered afternoon tea which was mediocre I guess and brownies which were quite nice. Guess I’m just used to a higher standard. Shop around and check sizes when ordering

I was a little dissatisfied as my delivery date was the 24/03/22 and my mum waited in all day and it didn’t turn up till the next day. When I sent an email on the 24th asking where my delivery was I kept getting told to check the tracking link which I did not have. Do not think I would order from this company again and there are more reliable companies out there.

I really don’t like to leave poor reviews. However, I ordered the chocolate hamper for my brother in law whose birthday is 2 days before mine. Delivery was good, but I was expecting a hamper for him and when a tiny box arrived I was very disappointed. There was a small ?? Hamper inside with the chocolates and some straw popped in. I wouldn’t say they had been lovingly arranged like the confirmation email suggested. I’m sure the chocolates will taste lovely and my brother will enjoy them, but I am so glad they were on offer and I didn’t pay the £45. As it is I still feel very underwhelmed and they were not worth the money.

The steak and ale pie was disappointing, not a lot of steak (26%) and too much onion. The pastry made up the bulk of the pie when it should be there just to hold the filling together. Have had better.

I have placed an order which will be delivered 3 days after the requested date. I did not received a order confirmation but money was taken from my bank account. When I contacted them they just say the can refund me (I will have to wait 3 to 5 days to receive a refund) and about the confirmation, they will send an email once the item is on its way. Even when they mention that a confirmation was sent immediately after I completed the purchase. Very disappointing

I searched on line for gift hampers for Edinburgh. I choose prestige hampers and selected delivery date 21/12/21. Confirmation of Oder was sent but never implied delivery date would not be same as one chosen. It said an email would be sent on dispatch that never came. Hamper wasn’t delivered until 24/12/21 when person had left for Christmas (without the hamper they were to bring with them. I tried to contact them by phone three times but just left on hold. Emailed and was only automatically replied to until I contacted PayPal then prestige hampers emailed back with Read the small print deliveries to Edinburgh can take longer (a long list of small print possibilities). Eventually an apology and 10 pound voucher after 5 emails. Not good enough when ur on top of google search for Edinburgh don’t let person choose delivery just tell them can take 6 or seven days from time of order. I won’t use them again. If I use interflora Uk I get next day delivery. Still waiting to hear what the hamper was like but their customer service is poor.

i received a £10 voucher with a present i was sent. The voucher did not specify any expiry date, but when i tried to use it today, it said it had expired. that's not not good. i was over minimum spend of £40. so that was not the reason it did not work.

I ordered a cheese and wine hamper for my son- in law for Christmas. This was posted which I have no problem with. Was kept up to date as to delivery time and date BUT was very very disappointed in the content of the hamper. For the price it was well below what I expected and will not use this company again.
