Ordered the wine and cheese slate. Absolutely shocking service!!!. Arrived 2 days late, missed my mums birthday, no message card, no bottle of wine and the crackers box was already open and looks like it was just thrown in the box.

Actually I meant to send a very disappointing email to you. My friend sent me a picture of the fruit basket and it was so poor. Only half full with dull looking fruit and not presented well at all. I was actually embarrassed when they took a picture and sent it to me as a thank you.

Really disappointed. Ordered a hamper for next day delivery it was very important it was deliver then. Not only was it not delivered, nobody could tell me when it would be delivered. All they knew was it had been processed. Very very poor customer service

If I’m totally honest - disappointing ! My dear friend had an accident was rushed to hospital , I couldn’t be there for her as we were in our way to the airport - I googled fruit basket , Prestige Hampers came up first , offering next day delivery ( Saturday 20th) - paid extra for that - it arrived today 22nd ! My friend loved her fruit basket but I’ll be going elsewhere in future - delivery unreliable

This hamper never arrived at Christmas time even after they sent me a message confirming that it was. 8 months later I still haven't received a refund for the hamper.

Arrived day later which was a shame as it was a birthday gift .. the cheeses were all melted too such a disappointment

Ordered a hamper it arrived warm had to throw it all away , emailed immediately got a generic we are dealing with it message , three days later got the offer of replacement ( no apologies) they said avoid perishable items and as we do not drink not much on offer , said we would try again , they have just arrived and the same has happened !! The cold packs are thoroughly defrosted and food warm Never again , so disappointed i would not recommend

No effort was made to redirect my order within 30 minutes of ordering, when I realised my niece would not be home for a week. I contacted the company as soon as I discovered this, to be told that it was too late to change it as I’d paid for next-day delivery. The plants and chocolates I bought her have now been sitting outside her house for a week, either dead or stolen. Very disappointed. I don’t know whether it was a nice present or not!

Father’s Day hamper didn’t arrive on the agreed date. I was then told it would arrive the next day - it didn’t. Despite messaging my concerns all I received from PH was a note asking “How did we do?”

Ordered an item on 26th May to be delivered 28th..item has still not arrived it's now 31st. No tracking details at all so can't follow it up.

Very disappointed. Ordered on 26th seeing the next day delivery since its for my friend who is very sick. Today its 30th and until now, the package isnt delivered. Next day delivery didn’t happen. Tracking info was not updated. Still no news. Only when I contacted the company, they asked me to wait for 28th, and then no response from the customer service. no customer service, or even acknowledgment.

Ordered on Sunday for next day delivery. The order confirmation email confirmed Monday delivery as does the website when ‘tracking order’. It’s now Wednesday and although a tracking reference was on the website from Monday, no order received and Royal Mail shows an error. Contacted customer service who stated (and I quote their wording) that orders after a cut off time do not get allocated on their system and so they are not aware. So basically had I not chased they would not have been aware I placed an order on their website and I would never receive although I had made payment. Sounds rather odd that an order can be placed and their system does not record an order if not placed before a certain time, doesn’t it?

Ordered a hamper for delivery on a specific date but the hamper did not arrive as it ‘got lost’ in the mail despite it being a tracked parcel. Customer service was very disappointing when I raised this issue with them. I will not be using Prestige Hampers again

Sadly disappointed. Ordered a fruit and cheese selection for a friend just out of hospital. Next day delivery didn’t happen. Which is fine, we could have waited another day. Tracking info was not recognised. Waited a further day and still no news. Only when I contacted the company did I get informed my hamper wasn’t even available. In the world of fresh produce, I fully appreciate items change or become unavailable, but how long would I have waited? The goods all look fantastic. But no customer service, or even acknowledgment. I’ve had to get a refund, as I even asked what else was available and like my previous question, it wasn’t even acknowledged.

Pork pies very tasty, but despite ordering 2 months in advance to ensure the hamper was ready for a special bday, it did not turn up. When we chased it I was told I'd ordered too late for the cut off...2 months in advance? We were argued with and still haven't received an answer other than we shouldn't have been able to order a Monday delivery. We were given £10 off a future hamper, not good enough when I don't want to order from them again. Recieved no money off for a 2 day late parcel. Would not recommend.

A birthday hamper was delivered a day late, ruining the special day. It was ordered a week in advance so there was no excuse. I will never buy from them again.

Ordered with them twice now and neither time have they arrived on time. I've had to chase and only then do they send the order out. On both occasions it has ruined a birthday surprise. Therefore I cannot recommend.
