“I found Prestige hampers website to be easy to get around with wonderful goodies to choose from. In fact it was hard to choose. I am in NZ ordering a hamper for Northern England and I am so glad this process has been so straight forward. “Difficulty ordering this time because of silly chat bot popping up all the time , especially at the time of placing credit card details.... not necessary to have those frustrating pop ups freezing the screen. Thankfully the order is complete now . 😩🌻🌻Happy Xmas!,”

“Hampers are good but the site is frustrating and kept taking me back to the order and adding in another hamper. Discount code of 10% also did not work despite it being copied from their own site.”

“I tried one of your competitors and failed miserably, having wasted 15 minutes. Your site was easy to use and followed a logical and understandable sequence. I knew what I was going to be billed for. The only problem that I had related to Paypal- therefore not your problem. I wished to use a new card, but it would not accept the correct password. Thus I ended up paying you directly. I yet await the delivery.”
