“The Christmas Bouquet that I got for my Mum, were beautiful as always. One small complaint. I scheduled the delivery for Saturday 23rd December. They arrived on Thursday 21st. Which I suppose is a good thing. Although that's not what I asked for.”

“Purchased this hamper for my brother for Christmas for a second year and he seems happy with the contents. My only negative would be that the hamper was delivered earlier than requested.”

“A bit frustrating that you took orders for shipping to Northern Ireland, and then cancelled. However, once I found hampers you would ship, the service was good - and your support were very helpful, and dealt with the issues quickly.”

“The actual ordering and choices were very good - however what did let you down was the fact that although a tracking order was supposed to be given by the courier - it wasn't so I didn't know that the order had been delivered. In fact it was delivered but I had to check with the company as it was supposed to be a surprise and I didn't want to check with the recipient. But I had to and it was delivered 3 days earlier than it should have been - that said, they were delighted with the quality of the goods, so thank you”
