The delivery was late. It was ordered for April 20th and delivered on the 22nd. The flowers are messy and jumbled. What a disappointment and deception. You do not keep your sales promises. I ordered this gift for my son, who lives in the UK. From Mexico, I wanted to surprise him, but you failed.

The gift selected was for a milestone birthday of my niece. But the gift was not delivered on time. It was delivered a day after birthday. Very dissappointed with the callous attitude. I would have appreciated if I was intimated prior about the delay, would have gone for alternate option.

The quality of flowers were very poor and there was no consideration that when spending £50 for a bunch of flowers would equate to a decent standard of flowers and roses that were not dead.

I received your beautiful bouquet, it was much nicer than one I had received from a rival company a few weeks earlier. However the chocolate box was damp and crumpled on the bottom edge and the chocolates had beads of moisture on them. I still ate them and they were delicious. I just thought you might like to appreciate that the damp material around the flowers was obviously not contained.

Ordered for delivery the other day and very disappointed. Roses looked nice but tulips hadn’t even began to develop. By the time the tulips blossomed the roses were half dead. Poor service

The worst Flower buying I’ve ever experienced! When you order flowers it’s obviously for an important occasion! Some sombre some for a celebration.. but equally important! Flowers didn’t arrive on a very important and significant date. On ringing customer service for Prestige flowers for an update on flowers being delivered 3 days late she did nothing but speak the drill! Talked over you when trying to explain .. No empathy for anything! This company is happy to take your money but clearly nothing else! They have finally arrived this evening dispatched on Thursday it’s now Tuesday! They don’t look great! Bad really bad

A medium delivery of Roses and Lillies is not as it is shown in the picture instead of a nice full bunch 5 roses and 4 lillies and lots of greenery not impressed as you expect more when you pay more especially for someones birthday

What customer service? Absolutely diabolical. For many, many years I have used Prestige for bouquets but this time I bought a plant for a gift, it died within 4 days and was told that as I didn't report it, with pictures, within 3 days of delivery there is nothing they will do! No refund,no replacement and no care that I have been a loyal customer. Will never use Prestige again. DO NOT risk ordering from here, there will be NO HELP if anything goes wrong.

My fiancé got lots of truly beautiful flowers for her recent birthday. Sadly, the surprise flowers I had delivered from Prestige Flowers stood out for all the wrong reasons. I was truly embarrassed. The 2 attached photos show £63 of flowers on day 1 and then on day 3. Words like "sparse", "disappointing", and "dying" come to mind. I could have got much better flowers from Sainsbury's for £15, and from M&S for £25. A refund was refused, (against policy) and in the end, they offered a replacement for the same value. A nice hamper was delivered well after her birthday. But let's remember the original objective; beautiful flowers, delivered as a surprise, on her birthday, to make her happy.

Easter flowers did not arrive on time despite ordering 3 days prior to delivery on the basis on a Next Day delivery service. No communication to advise order would be delayed, as such issued a query now 4 days late to be told no refund would be made available for either the order or delivery fee paid, they do not provide any delivery assurances despite paying for a Next Day premium delivery service. Very dissappointed in the policy and delivery communications or lack thereof, won't be recommending or using them again.

If I could rate them a zero then I would. My friend ordered me some flowers with a vase from "prestige " flowers. The flowers were not in the best condition when they arrived, so much so, that a social media photo was not posted. Anyway, when I met up with her a few days after I received them, she told me they should have come with a vase... So, I contacted the customer service. It seems that 3 days is the maximum time to "complain", but a £10 voucher should pacific you. I wish my friend would have used my usual flower people, who have never let me down. I would never recommend Prestige Flowers to anyone.

Absolute waste of time. Ordered flowers specifically for Easter Sunday to be delivered on that date, the flowers weren’t delivered on that date. Now this may be royal mails fault, but why use a postal service that use reduced hours on bank holidays? Jennifer from customer service was useless and offered no solutions just blamed Royal Mail. They charge a premium and can’t satisfy people’s orders, would avoid at all costs.
