Terrible. Ordered a fuller bouquet for Mother's day which turned out to consist of the small option, of which, many flowers arrived clearly dying. Chat bot is useless. Awaiting email comms but nothing yet. Refund requested as I will not be placing any other or recommending. Shameful service all round.

Disgraceful, I am so angry. Ordered flowers and a cake for my 83 year old Mum on the Friday. Didn’t arrive until Monday afternoon with no cake. I’m scared to ask my mum how they look. Turns out that other flowers that I have sent to an elderly aunt a month ago never arrived. Disgrace , I do not recommend them and will never use them again. Shop locally, so much better

Absolutely shocking flowers sent for a Mother’s Day bouquet. Not only that I tried to do the right thing and go directly to you guys to rectify and the response and customers service even worse. I quote “After showing the florist manager the photographs that you have provided us with they have advised that they cannot see any evident quality issue. The bouquet received is of good quality and the correct size was delivered”.

The customer service is the poorest i have seen lately. I ordered flower on the 5th of March, and it was sent by the Royal mail. Unfortunately, the flower was not delivered to the recipient office address. The picture of the office reception displayed by the Royal mail didn't match the reception. The way the customer support managed the situation was so appalling by telling me there was nothing they can do about it. So the bouquet i paid for was missing and that was it. So my money was taken and service wasn't rendered, yet not a thing was done by the company. I will never deal with a customer that treats customers with no respect and i will advice others to be very weary dealing with them too.

Was bought a flower basket for mothers day. Was delivered Saturday and looked reasonable. It had a begonia in it, planted in a separate pot? A bit of hedera, a kalanchoe and a chamaedorea . It is monday. The begonia is brown and dropping flowers and leaves, it will soon be bald. The others don't look exactly great. So disappointed but don't want to tell my daughter that she has wasted her money. I will ask her not to buy from you again.

Very disappointed with the flowers u sent paid over 30 pounds and there was only about five flowers which I thought there will be a few more so it's not valve for money

Awful service! My order was not delivered for mother's day. I am not able to get through on the phone, it says the lines are not open even though I am calling within opening hours and the chat bot says all advisors are busy. I will not be ordering from prestige flowers again

My partner bought his mum and me flowers for Mother’s Day and I am beyond disappointed he paid £40 for each “bouquet”for what the pic on your website looked ones like a lovely bushy bunch of flowers what I received was the equivalent to a £7 bunch from the supermarket!!

Disgusting how they can send flowers out like the ones I received for mother's day, I think they were in someone else's vase for a week before arriving, looking at the site these were not cheap for my son to buy, would of been better off going to a petrol station!!! We will never use this company again,.

Totally useless. Flowers and chocolates ordered days before Mothering Sunday. Item not delivered at all, it's now Tuesday. Nobody answers the helpline saying they are closed even though I am calling between 9-5 on a weekday; the chat bot is beyond hopeless saying it will get someone to help and then there is nobody to help. Royal Mail delivery tracking say they have received the item and nothing else - they apparently have had it for 3 days. Very unhappy, dreadful service, will not use again.

Bouquet delivered was not as it looked in the picture on the website. I paid extra for a fuller bouquet, but sadly it didn't look like any extra blooms had been added. Would have got better for £10 from a supermarket. Also delivery fell short as flowers were left on a garden table, no one knocked the door to let mum know they were there. She noticed them in the evening when she went out to the bin. My email is still showing as delivery expected. I won't be ordering from you again. Poor service & poor quality for the money.

Order arrived Monday for early Mother's Day & Anniversary. By Friday carnations dead, rest wilted close to death, even though tended every day. I complained & they said they would not refund 1pp% or replace, they would only give £10 towards new order. They are no longer replying to email as not acceptable.

Very expensive for the amount of flowers you get, it cost me around £34 to get a bouquet of mothers day flowers an assortment of roses and lilys. When the flowers arrived there were hardly any flowers in the bouquet only 5 roses and 4 lilys. Do not use this service, you can get better flowers at supermarkets!

This company is a big fat scam. They post fake pictures of the flowers on their website and it looks nothing like the pictures in real life. I ordered flowers with the cake and biscuits and it stated it’s a handmade cake. Looks store bought the way it’s packaged. And the flowers bouquet was tiny! You can get a larger bouquet from your local supermarkets for a quarter of the price you’re paying here and bare in mind I paid extra £10 for a larger bouquet too. And on top of that I paid extra for delivery for the day I needed it which was Mother’s Day and I ordered well in time before Mother’s Day and it arrived a day later so what was the actual point? On top of that they state on their website that it’s next day delivery and that you will get your bouquets by Mother’s Day. Honestly please take this review into consideration and please don’t buy from this place they just rip you off and and send you ugly old flowers. Also forgot to mention my roses were old and looked dry and the bouquet wasn’t even half the size to what it’s showing in the images online when buying. So so disappointed. Will definitely never ever be buying from here again!

Not impressed. The bunch is smaller than expected for paying extra for a large bouquet. But the main issue is quite a few of the flowers we're damaged. A rose was moldy and another stem broken. And a Lilly had yellow leaves and a battered flower. (Photos wont upload). Sorry to say not the quality I expected. And on top of that flowers arrived the day after the event eventhough paid for specific day delivery. Will not be returning to this business.

The bouquet was very disappointing. Much smaller than the photo, with flowers missing and no substitutes provided. I have ordered from Prestige before and been happy, but based on this experience I wouldn't order from them again.
