I had to pay £5.99 for delivery but ut was next day so understandable. I ordered a medium bouquet - £5 extra - for my sister in law after the loss of her dog she sent me a picture of the flowers which looked very sparse compared to the photo on your website! Unable to upload photos!

Hello, Thank you for your review. We are unable to provide our customers with specific delivery times as we use a third-party courier company. Had I of known they used Royal Mail I would have gone else where the flowers will be awful when they arrive as they have been stuck at the depot all day won’t get any water for the money I paid it’s awful will definitely think twice before I ever order again

I don't know how good this site is I've been trying to order for a Sunday delivery as it says, nearly paid £40.00 and not getting past the pay section , takes my email address then mess about. Very disappointed 😞

My son who lives in New Zealand had these delivered to me for my birthday 25th April.. when opened the inside of one of the roses was in the box ( fallen out) Day two the roses are starting to droop. I am sure this isn’t what he was expecting. I have followed your instructions to the letter. So disappointed. I have tried adding photos but your site won’t let me do this. Keeps failing. Not sure if this is a deliberate thing.

Horrible website with loads of constant pop ups Ended up paying 5.99 for delivery which wasn't clear until I had paid. I won't be using this company again.

Prestige Flowers are excellent. They have a gorgeous selection of bouquets which means you can always find something tailored to the person you are treating. My friends are always bowled over when they receive their flowers so I know I can rely on this company to bring smiles to the people I love.

I have used almost monthly for the past 6 months, but my last delivery was missed as late in the evening. Thus my latest order I paid extra for pre 13:00 delivery. Even though 2 people were at the address all morning, the alleged delivery at 12:23 was deemed unanswered. Royal Mail are taking no responsibility, there is no evidence of any attempt to deliver. Really poor services from Prestige who washed their hands, and similar with Royal Mail. What is the point of paying extra when no flowers arrive. Totally unacceptable to treat a regular customer this way.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers from this company for next day delivery for my sister’s birthday. The “bouquet” arrived two days late. My sister sent me a photo of the flowers which bore no resemblance to the advertised bouquet I purchased. When I complained about the delay and the shoddy product, I was asked for a bird’s eye view photo of the flowers. They deemed them to be perfect and did not apologise even for the delay. Needless to say I will never use, nor recommend this service again. Very disappointing.

I ordered a “medium” sized bouquet. However, what was received would have to be described as “extra small”. Upon making a complaint, the photo was “reviewed by the florist” and deemed acceptable. Well, compare the two images for yourselves. Do they look the same in size and fullness? Personally, I have high standards. (The order was also a day late in arriving) It’s a shame because I have used Prestige Flowers multiple times in the past, since I live abroad. Won’t be using them again.

Shocking flowers! Look nothing like the photo! Over £60!!!! Roses are poor and some half dead. So disappointing for my wife’s 60th birthday. Handy that you didn’t let me upload a photo. Terrible company!

I order late at night b4 10pm and got the address wrong so I try to get it corrected which was difficult but then they refused the flowers st the wrong address and I was left out of pocket

Absolutely awful customer service. I contacted this company with concern over delivery, and the manner in how they deal with their customers is extremely poor. Furthermore I mentioned nothing around quality of product, and the staff then advised me if the product was poor quality on arrival because transit was longer I could let them know. No guaranteed next day delivery as advertised, and then they can't even be confident to stand over the condition of their flowers on arrival. Absolutely would go else where if you want guaranteed next day delivery flowers, as they can not guarantee this (they have many clauses in their Terms and Conditions even though it is advertised in bold on their website, and you click on next day delivery and it brings you through to next day delivery flower options) and want confidence in the quality of flowers on arrival. Even the company have doubts at how their flowers will arrive. I wish I'd read reviews before because there are so many poor ones
