Quite disappointed with the flowers I sent. Limited in volume and very little greenery with them. Some of the roses had browning petal ends. For the amount I paid I was certainly expecting far better quality and volume than what we got. :-(

I received the lavender plant as a birthday gift. It was painfully dry on arrival. After a few days it looked dead so I disposed of it and now have bought a plant from m and s to put in this pot. Hugely disappointing!!!

When arrived the Lillie’s had snapped off he stems, half the flowers had died and gone brown and crusty! For nearly £50 This is not good!

I ordered next day flowers in plenty of time for the order to be processed and received confirmation of my order. However on the day of expected delivery I received an email from Royal Mail saying the flowers would arrive the following day. I checked with the chat bot on Prestige Flowers and it advised me that delivery might still happen that day anytime up to 7:30 pm. The flowers did not arrive next day. I contacted Prestige Flowers who eventually offered £5.99 in credit for my next order. I have read the other reviews on Prestige Flowers and next day deliveries can be hit and miss. The flowers are pretty and fresh but if it is next day delivery you want I’d advise you to go elsewhere.

This is the second time I’ve received flowers from here, on both occasions the flowers aren’t at their best and have started to wilt almost immediately. Very dissapointed😩 Unfortunately it will not upload my photos of 1 day old roses which are withered and heads hanging.

I used this Prestige flowers several times and was qwit happy, but last delivery was stressful and disapointing, the roses was too old and daid in 2 days the middle of the flower was rotten and braun instead of lavander color. We order this buqet for Birthday surprise, but was very unhappy. Sorry i have foto on my fone, but not on comp

Hi I have just spent £35 pound on flowers for a special occasion. The flowers you sent me In my opinion are never £35 pounds worth of flower. I will not be using you again. I have had better from a real local florist. I just didn't have time to get them from my local and thought your service would be perfect. It wasn't and has made me feel like a real cheap scape. Would not let me upload a pic.

The roses ordered by my husband for our 55th Wedding Anniversay were not the best quality for the price and died within one week. He bought these in good faith for your advertised excellence and ability to deliver on time. I was unable to proceed with a complaint as I was not the purchaser, even though I had explained that my husband has Parkinsons/Dementia and unable to deal with this further. I dont call this good service and am very dissappointed.

Just really disappointed with the size of the bouquet I have received. I ordered medium as I wanted the same size (roughly) as what was shown as the display picture but my bouquet has much less volume. Granted some flowers still need to bloom it still isn't a fair representation of what you receive. I can see several blue eustonias in the picture presented but can only count 2 in the bunch I have been sent and there is about 3 times more of those little purple daisy's on the picture. This was meant to be a birthday gift but I'm too embarrassed to hand it over if I'm honest I've seen bigger bouquets in my local grocery store for half the price. Delivery was on time and apart from a few snapped foliage all good quality.

This is a website review, the flowers are fine. Website doesn't permit Apple password manager to insert password. Postcode doesn't always prompt full address autofil. Final button never works first time.

Delivery prompt, for being in Northern Ireland. But I'm sorry, I was very disappointed at flowers I received!! I honestly would have been better going to M&S and paying half the price mostly with double amount of flowers. These were for a special occasion and we all felt they were poor!!!

Ordered some beautiful flowers. paid £8 extra for tracked courier delivery. wasn't sent tracking so had to chase up. flowers arrived, very pretty but 2 cut flower heads sitting on the top of them, no water, drooping flowers. I contacted the company and had to play email ping-pong for FAR TOO LONG and finally got a £10 refund, which by no means covers the stress and upset this caused. the flowers were for a special friend's big birthday, and it was too late for me to replace them. very disappointing. When they sent the "how did we do?" email, they didn't bother responding.

I was under the impression that I was buying flowers from a local business in Nantwich, instead the flowers came from Nottinghamshire delivered by Royal Mail which arrived late afternoon which was not the birthday surprise my wife was expecting. I could have gone to Tesco and paid one third the price for the same flowers. Save your money.

Delivery brilliant, ordered 21.45 and they arrived next day at 10.30am. Great, you'd think. However they flowers arrived looking like something robbed off someone's grave! Won't be ordering again. 26 pounds for disappointment is what you'll be paying.

I sent these to my friend when she got home from an operation. To say these were £25 I'm absolutely disgusted, it looks like 1 bunch of flowers at 2.99. They look awful and not worth the money spent. My friend is in shock
