Thought I had paid ann extra sum of about £10 to free me from paying any further delivery charges for a year Not £40 but £50 Where is there proof of that? Where is a ticket or number I can use when I make another order? HELP PLEASE

The picture of the flower is very misleading. It shows multiple roses and I only got one in a small pot.

The flowers that arrived for my Nan’s birthday were wilted and older looking. This is very upsetting as I rarely get to see my Nan. Sadly this cannot be rectified now.

I don’t like to moan about things, but when I received a picture from my mother of her birthday bouquet, I couldn’t help but feel an overwhelming and immediate sense of disappointment at what she’d received. I get that there are times when you need to accept a certain level of “advertisement vs. reality”, but at £64.00 worth of expenditure, I am gobsmacked that this was considered acceptable by the company for that price. I did purchase these at the last minute, but if this is what you’re going to offer people, then please don’t offer next day delivery!

Wanted to send flowers to Germany, so clicked International then Germany. Screen showed three or four bouquets, chose the third one and prepared an order. Eventually after choosing extras and inserting greetings text and my name and details, an error message popped up saying this selection was "not available" in Germany. I opened a chat window to ask why, and entered the details. The reply was that no agents were available, and that my enquiry would be dealt with in due course. Over the next few days I noticed that there was no way to enter an address in Germany. The problem seems to be in the order process - whichever country you choose gets quickly forgotten and 'not available' flowers are offered. Having chosen again, the process wanted an address. so I entered my own address, and reached the payment stage where I noticed it had decided to send the flowers to me. Having explained the situation in several more chat messages, that they should just choose anything without lilies, to be delivered to Germany in time for a birhday few days later, a reply came from L saying "I have arranged this for you as per request". Hope was crushed when there was no follow-up email with tracking details; even worse the flowers did not arrive on the required day, or the next day. A refund was offered so I'll try to get that. Meanwhile the web logic needs to be rewritten for the Interflora business. Very annoyed, and very disappointed. I sent the flowers through euroflorist.de, another online shop, without fuss.

I payed for the medium upgrade and sorry to say that if this is medium than im not sure what the standard is. Must of been an extra flower. I payed for an afternoon tea that was fine .

Not very happy with the 'large' bunch that was ordered for an extra £10 along with the recipient having to peal off the outer brown petals on the roses When I raised this it was thought that the bunch was of correct size and 'good quality'... I tend to disagree Won't be ordering from here again

Flowers very disappointing for price. They looked half dead and a bouquet they were not. I could have bought that amount of flowers for £10 when it cost neatly £34.

Can’t fault the flowers, but I paid for a specific delivery day and they arrived 2 days later.

Went for the large bouquet but when I saw what had been delivered I was embarrassed as they looked cheap. The recipient had also been sent flowers which came from a local florist and cost less but were beautiful in comparison. I won’t be using Prestige again

Most unhappy. Not because of the flowers - which will apparently arrive a day late - but because the promise was fir delivery on a person's 70th birthday, confirmed by Royal Mail and then not completed. Flowers now a day older. Stuck in a box and there is only one 70th birthday. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY

Once again the issue seems to be Royal Mail. The flowers actually got to the local delivery hub on the day (ie next day after order) the flowers were due but for some reason they went back and forth between Edinburgh and Kirkcaldy hubs three times. As it is a bank holiday the flowers are now sitting in the Royal Mail hub so I imagine they will not be much when they get there. They were timed to meet a relative returning from hospital. To be fair the flowers we have had from prestige have been fine when they arrive on time. This is not the first time. .

I ordered some flowers to be delivered the next day to a colleague. When the order did not arrive the next day, there was no apologies. I was simply told I signed up to terms and conditions which state that I need to wait at least 3 days. Please invest in better customer service training. The entire conversation was really frustrating. The flowers did arrive the following day but unfortunately they were too late as my colleague had left to stay at her mother’s.

Very meagre looking bunch of flowers. 8 blooms in total. Nothing like the example of what to expect. I sent them for my daughters birthday and I am very disappointed.
