Abit disappointed with flowers, looked withered and when asked about it on their live chat they advised to remove the petals. I have ordered flowers from other companies and never had this issue. Even with the worse ones removed still does not resemble what was shown on website. Good note delivery was fast.

Hello my flowers have just came.i ordered the August flowers for my sister as a,present from my mum @ Dad who have both passed over. As yellow and purple were they flavour colour. They was only one purple rose I went up to a med bouquet as well.I am very disappointed.

The pricing on the website vs what you end up paying is very off especially on the discounted flowers! Very dodgy!

My relatives in Australia sent me flowers from you company as my son has recently passed away, the flowers were well packaged and roses beautiful colours, I did exactly as per your instructions to the flowers, sadly after two days roses wilted, so disappointed.

I typed into Google looking for flowers to be delivered the next day. I came across this company advertising next day delivery if ordered by 10pm so I got my order in. This is false advertising. My flowers didn’t get delivered the next day. When I questioned this, customer services informed me that they make no guarantees of next day delivery. They were also very unapologetic and lacked empathy of the special occasion I missed. Would not use again! Beware!

Pretty disappointed I ordered large that's my hand no way is that a large bunch Flowers in background lot bigger and a lot less Does not look large to me For the price not impressed at all

I placed an order on Wednesday and it stated next day delivery. It didn't arrive for the recipients birthday , but the day after. Normally I wouldn't complain but it was a very sick relative who was in hospital for her birthday. Not pleased so won't order from you again.

I'm shocked to say the least..this is now the second order we have made and i am very disappointed at what's arrived today.my bill for my wife's flowers and Belgium chocolates came to over £63 which is fine if the amount of stems matched the price.I opted for the bigger bouquet for an extra £10 which as far as I can see is an extra two roses.also the card that came with the message is poorly presented perforated at bottom of the card and the message I wanted not even straight or in the centre of the page. Whatever happened to quality and value for money. I doubt I will be using this company again.

While ordering there were costant unecessary interruptions from bot /chat. Did not like complicated way of logging in - just wanted to purchase /send flowers, not give my life story, etc Item looks ok, I'll find out later

Checkout process is not clear, I "paid" twice using Apple pay and didnt receive confirmation of my order. I phoned the helpline and they said I needed to then "Checkout" after paying, so my order hadn't been processed. You need to make is easier!

Could not log on and website would not send password update so had to set up a new account. When I clicked to accept cookies a chat not popped up so I had to swipe back and lost what was in my basket. A pretty frustrating experience all round.

Please note that the bouquet includes some flowers that are intentionally delivered in bud form to ensure maximum freshness and longevity. We believe that delivering flowers in bud form is advantageous as it guarantees the freshness of the bouquet. I am a bit disappointed in the bunch of flowers sent for my friends birthday. I paid extra for a large bunch so that is was nice and full. The bouquet I chose was full and had a lovely variety of colours and sadly the photo of the bunch I got looked very plain. Didn't really look that great if I'm honest.

Bought from a shop, I suspect the flowers I sent would cost circa 12 pounds. 15 pounds Max . Delivery cost was 45 pounds . I’ll think twice in future .

Thought I was buying a bunch of flowers for £49.99. Actually it cost over £66. Not a great fan of being made a fool of. I'll not be rushing back.

Ordered flowers and champagne for my sisters 60th. The flowers arrived but the champagne did not. It is a good job I asked her if she got the champagne when she texted me to say how lovely the flowers were. Very disappointed in this oversight and not offered any compensation. I will think twice before I use Prestige again.

I ordered these for my sister-in-law as she was finally home from hosp after having brain surgery, and I've never felt so embarrassed. They are nothing like what I ordered. If I'd bought the cheaper ones I might not be that bothered but for £35, I expected better
