Flowers did not look like they did on the picture, didn’t specify the chocolates I ordered had nuts in either, disappointed

I paid an extra £10 to get a large bunch of flowers for my mother’s birthday. £60 for a bunch of flowers. I expected a big bunch. I was very disappointed to receive a rather small basic bunch of flowers. Definitely not worth the money paid.

Flowers were wilting roses were old and browning off not worth the cash should’ve gone to Sainsbury’s

Came in good time and are very nice but would expect more for the money. I'm disappointed that these flowers would have been more than 50% cheaper from Waitrose.

Flowers didn’t arrive on time, after two “attempted” deliveries, my mother in law had to collect the flowers. So 3 days late the flowers were droopy and not looking their best. The bouquet was certainly not worth the £50 that was spent on them

I work hard for my money and these flowers we're NOT worth what iboaid for a large bouquet which looked very little like the advert ...Will not be purchasing again!

The bouquet looked nothing like the website. On the website the bouquet is at least 2 times the size as the one my sister received. I ordered the standard size, the page on the website only shows you the bigger size in full view, the thumbnail for the standard size shows it is smaller but it's still much bigger in this tiny thumbnail than what my sister received. I'd have got nicer ones from the supermarket, but my sister lives far away and is unwell so a flower delivery was the only option. Won't buy again. 2 stars rather than 1 because it was on time.

If you want your flowers delivered on a specific date do not use Prestige Flowers. I've used them twice and both occasions, they have arrived late, despite ordering in plenty of time. Not much use when your birthday come and gone.

I ordered a bouquet for my friend's 70th birthday, she sent me a photo of the flowers when they arrived to say I am disappointed is an understatement. When I contacted Prestige and sent them a photo of the flowers from their website and the ones actually delivered, their reply was that they couldn't see any difference. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM

I wished I had read these reviews before purchasing. The bouquet was purchased for a friend for a sympathy anniversary whilst it did arrive on time, I was extremely embarrassed with the picture sent to me. They not resemble the advertised arrangements, I had reached out to customer services who said the flowers that were sent were acceptable. Please save your money by going elsewhere or picking up a bouquet of flowers from a supermarket

Gave 2 because flowers arrived on time. Chose September flower selection for my friends 60th. Absolutely shocking 3 large purple flowers all the rest were small purple stems. Do not use this company.

Very disappointed with the flowers. Small not a bit like the pictures and almost dead after 3 days.Will go back to M&S next time . Photo upload did not work either🤬

The flowers sent were not what I ordered. I ordered Alstroemerias but a mixed bunch of flowers were delivered. I was very disappointed. The packaging was excellent so the flowers arrived in good condition.

I have used Prestige Flowers in the past and have been satisfied with their products. However, I ordered a bouquet for my wife’s recent birthday and was disappointed with the quality of the flowers. The roses died off after only three days and a sunflower never developed. The bouquet was expensive and the quality inferior.

Thought I had paid ann extra sum of about £10 to free me from paying any further delivery charges for a year Not £40 but £50 Where is there proof of that? Where is a ticket or number I can use when I make another order? HELP PLEASE
