Placed an order from NZ for a birthday delivery. Prestige Flowers delivered the wrong bouquet, not once but twice !!! Made no further attempt to contact me with a solution, despite them sending a bouquet that was definitely NOT worth the money I paid. Would never use this company again,

I ordererd a bouquet of sympathy flowers for a family member following the passing of her husband. £46 the price following add ons. Although I feel flowers are extortionate, those thoughts are at the back of your mind on such occasions, so I opted for what looked like a bouquet offering a bit of cheer and comfort, at such a solemn time. My relative sent a photo to me as she had put the flowers in my late Mother's vase. Imagine my shock, when I saw how sparse the flowers were. I contacted Prestige who assured me that many experts had viewed my photo and confirmed the bouquet was within keeping of their T&C's. On advice I waited 3 days for more blooms to appear, which they did, but still nothing like the picture shown on the Prestige Web Site. I have since had the same response during our back and forth conversation, always saying the photos have been reviewed by many experts and the flowers were inkeeping with their T&C'S. I have previously said, your emotions during sad times can sometimes overule your actions. On this occasion and big mistake, I failed to read previous reviews regarding Prestige Flowers. I appreciate looking at the review stars of 4 and above at first glance looks good, but bare in mind if you are a gift recipient of flowers, you are very unlikely going to complain about them, or check them against the website. Make your own mind up, but beware that all is not what it seems at Prestige Flowers.

My daughter ordered me flowers from yourselves. They were sent to the wrong. The flowers were poor quality and are already dying and I only recythem on Tuesday 7th January.

I sent flowers to a close relative on the passing of her father. Since I sent them from Australia to the UK I was dependent on a reputable company fulfilling my order correctly. The flowers arrived a day late, and although I paid for a larger bouquet the bouquet was very small. Also the bouquet was mostly a different colour to that depicted which is important when sending flowers for a bereavement. I feel that this company makes a lot of money from those who are unable to have their complaints dealt with appropriately. Pity I didn't read the reviews first.

Used Prestige Flowers to send bouquet back to the UK from NZ. Not only did they send the wrong one once, but twice!!! What they sent was nothing like the one ordered..wrong colour's and flowers. Whilst the flowers were nice, I do not appreciate paying for something and then the recipient not getting it ! Their response? You just need toilet the buds open.. funny as the colour was wrong and there were hardly any buds in the bouquet to wait to open. Will never use Prestige Flowers again.

I have used Prestige in the past without issue. I always order Christmas flowers for my parents for my brothers memory. My mum was disappointed when she received these this year and said half were dead the following morning and needed thrown away with the rest only lasting an additional 2 days. I will not use Prestige again for such an important and poinient token of rembembering a loved one.

What terrible service. Received birthday flowers day after my birthday and withered the next day!!! Sent by daughter from Spain to UK where I live. I do not recommend at all!!!!

I specifically selected the company because it advertised that delivery could be made the next day, and this was confirmed via the expected delivery date during the sale process. The next day (when delivery was presumed to be taking place) I received an email stating that delivery would, in fact, be taking place the day after - thus missing the birthday of the recipient. Pretty frustrating.

The flowers arrived with painted accompanying stalks etc . The paint was still wet and transferred onto hands when handling . Some of the flowers were short lasting so quite disappointing. A fair price for Christmas delivery.

Not what I expected. Was delivered on time, but I thought I was ordering a prepared bouquet. I appreciate that some of the flowers should bloom later. But didn’t have the effect I was hoping for.

Very disappointing, not even a proper greetings card with the flowers, even though I asked for a large bouquet it was very small and lilies are wilting already.

I wish I had read reviews ,have used previously and went well but this time sadly not ,flowers meant for a birthday today ,won’t be arriving till Friday and I doubt 3 days in a sorting office will do much for the blooms I paid over £65 for

Misleading. While placing the order, decided to add a bottle of wine. Size wasn’t clearly shown, only after payment, in the confirmation email it stated that the bottle was only a small one - half size. Priced like a normal size one. Two stars for delivery on time. Then we had a photo sent to us from the flowers receiver. She was thankful, but we were very disappointed with what we saw. The bouquet didn't look like the one we'd ordered at all. It looked smaller and not as near as colourful as we expected. Half of the flowers weren't even opened. For the price we've paid, very disappointed.

Flowers arrived on time 24/12 and looked lovely, by the 27th were looking very tired with the purple roses deteriorating more than the pink I was under the impression we would have a week or two on display so definitely not happy.

Ordered a Christmas arrangement to be sent as a gift to my Mum and Step dad for Christmas . What I ordered and paid for , and what they actually received , are 2 different things . ! The flowers they got are nothing like what was in the photo when I paid for them , hardly any flowers at all , I was so embarrassed when my Mum sent me a photo of them. I immediately contacted this company via email and their replies to me are obviously being dealt with by different people , they keep asking me the same question and state that the flowers have been delivered ! Yes, I know they’ve been delivered, I’m complaining about WHAT was delivered . Customer service is shocking , I appreciate that we’ve had Christmas when they would have been closed but this isn’t good enough . I almost £40 for the flowers , which is a lot of money to me as I’m disbanded and unable to work . I won’t be ordering from here again and I want this resolving asap .

The flowers were beautiful and I loved how they were organised. Big issue is how the flowers already game dying, withered as if they had been stored somewhere for a long time then delivered. Maybe this is a once in a while issue? who knows but my flowers are already dying and I’ve barely had them.

These were a Christmas present for my mother in law and delivered Christmas Eve When I asked if was pleased with them she hesitated and said well they came looking a bit limp and the roses the edges were a bit black . I was very disappointed as the picture on website looked so good and was expecting them to be lovely One time of year you want a wow factor which sadly didn’t get
