Very disappointed, I order a medium size bunch and a vase for my mum 86th birthday. The vase was lovely but the flowers were disappointing. There was more foliage than actual flowers. Will not use Prestige again.

For my father's 77th birthday I made special arrangements two days in advance for a Deluxe Flower Bouquet, I live in America and he lives in England. I recieved a confirmation for my payment...and information that you deliver 7 days a week. The flowers arrived 2 days late. This was quite an embarrassment . He waited at home all day for the delivery. When I sent an urgent note I heard back from someone who claimed that you do not guarantee timely delivery, no apology , no offer to adjust the price. Prestige was given more than enough time to arrange to deliver the flowers , there was no communication reflecting difficulty on your part of any kind and no effort to acknowledge the pain and embarrasment of no delivery . I wont order flowers again . In America, this would have been treated very differently .

Very disappointed. Ordered large bouquet of flowers but received what I would classes as medium. Nothing like pictures. Don't get fooled! It is robbery. Flowers didn't look any better than bunch from supermarket for £15.

I ordered some flowers on the 29th Feb. They were delivered on the 30th and given to my wife as a gift. Within 2 days the flowers were looking withered, to the point we had to remove almost half of them from the vase to stop it looking too bad. Within another 2 days, almost all of the bouquet had wilted. We followed the care instructions, but it made no difference. Meanwhile, some supermarket flowers bought for her on her birthday are still OK now, flawless and healthy looking. It seems to me to have been a waste of £45.

What a disappointing bunch of flowers received today for a staff member who had lost a parent suddenly! The flowers themselves were ok and the delivery fast, but we upgraded to a bigger size and considering there was £10 off and with the cost of delivery was still £41. The amount of flowers given were shocking!! I'd hate to have paid £51 for a bunch of flowers that I could have picked up in the shop for about £15. Will not be using again and like many others wish I'd looked at reviews beforehand.

They came today for my wife the water had leaked and the box was damp and drained the roses had a brown edge to the from being dry very dissapointed as normaly have a good service KIND REGARDS TIM SMITH

MISLEADING PHOTOS - Honestly couldve gotten this for £5 on Tesco and just mailed it. It wouldve been cheaper. No way this is worth £20 of flowers plus shipping! Never ordering from them again

I was expecting a reasonably large bouquet for £47.00 but it looked like I was given the small bouquet and was disappointed, I didn’t feel they were value for money. I was also surprised they were sent via Royal Mail

Flowers delivered yesterday, and into vase as instructed, with the supplied food. 24 hrs on, 2 of the roses are hanging their heads, all floppy,unlikely to open, very disappointed with this Anniversary gift from our daughter, she would be annoyed to have paid good money for tatty roses!

Unfortunately some of the stems were broken and some of the flowers look a bit worse for wear. Unfortunately it is not letting me upload the photos. Very disappointed with the quality of flowers for the price.

I ordered January birthday flowers for a friend. Disappointed, the delivered flowers were no where near the photo shown on website. Very few flowers were in the bouquet not worth the money spent. I cannot recommend to anyone. Sorry.

Ordered the joyful bouquet of flowers paid the extra £10 to get the large bouquet i am glad I did as the bunch is so small. Definitely not worth be money. Could have got a nicer and bigger bouquet form asda for £10. Definitely not £40 worth of flower's

Ordered a large bunch of flowers for my mum's 80th Birthday. Flowers look nice, though LARGE THEY ARE NOT !!! They are similar in size to a regular bunch you'd buy in the Supermarket for a quarter of the price. Extremely disappointed and won't be buying again and ensuring no one else I know does either. Prestige is close to false advertising

Very disappointed, the flowers delivered looked nothing like the ones I had ordered. I ordered a medium size and to be honest, I’ve bought nicer flowers from the supermarket from a fraction of the cost. The first picture was what I ordered, the second picture is what was delivered. I will not use Prestige Flowers again!!

Very disappointed with the flowers I ordered for my daughter-in-law's 40th birthday. I upgraded to the large rose and lily bouquet. Almost £50 for 6 roses and 5 lilies, including delivery and a very small vase. Never again! Nothing like the photo, very misleading. I could have got a stunning bouquet for much less locally but opted for next day delivery using online order. I will not recommend nor use Prestige Flowers again.

I ordered a bouquet for my sisters birthday and i was very disapointed with the arrangement I followed up with a complaint with a photo of the flowers that were delivered and also what they were supposed to look like and I was told they were satisfied the flowers were of good quality and good size so complaining was a waste of time Will not use again
