I have used this company before with no problem before but this time has not been the best. I ordered flowers for Christmas Eve which had been advertised as 'in time for' but did not receive them until today 27th. They are dried/wilted and the box was damaged. They were delivered by Royal Mail. I have complained to the company as I had received no correspondence after the 23rd. I am also not sure if I have received the correct size either but, lesson's have been learned and will not use this company again.

I ordered an Amaryllis plant to be sent to my disabled brother, looking at the picture it would be simple for him to look after and would brighten his Christmas. I have heard from him saying that he received the bulb in a pot with some soil, that he is now expected to grow. this did not provide him with the cheeriness that I expected him to receive. I will not be dealing with your company again. a Amaryllis bulb does not cost 29.99. Marian Pickton

Only gave this a 2 star rating due to delivery being on time. Very disappointed with the flowers that arrived. The flowers that I ordered was Rose and Lilly with plenty of green foliage plenty of pink lillies and pink roses. Instead I got 4 red roses couple of freesias and a few green foliage and gold sprayed leaves. Yes it was last minute but paying £31 in total I could have bought these for £6 at the petrol station. First photo is what I ordered and the rest is what I received.

Maybe it was the time of year but the flowers were 2 days late and they looked like they had been thrown together in a hurry.

Hidden charges all over the place . Do not like the website design as it's got so many extra options to confuse things. For example it said to get medium flowers, +£5 and large+£10 but since those both appear as optional extras it appears as though the only choice when buying it to click on one price and automatically have to choose to pay the extra fiver for medium as it is unclear as to what size we were originally meant to be getting at the promised price. Just the standard feeling of another company taking anyone for what they can get.

Nice flowers delivered as requested, but were the incorrect smaller size, so not what I ordered. My christmas present therefore looked very modest, when I was sent the picture by my brothers family. Got a refund for the price difference, but had to ask that it was not paid on an prestige account as I did not want one. (As you end up with loads of unwanted marketing emails, and offers that are not always what they seem sadly) Will I order from them again? Probably not!

I ordered my flowers which were delivered late in the day. In addition to this, the flowers looked old and half dead. I was not happy at all with the flowers received especially as this was purchased to commemorate my wedding anniversary.

Flowers looked nothing like the photos and I bought the medium size. If I would have got the small size it would have been invisible. Second time I have used prestige flowers but now the last time. I live outside of the Uk so I rely on good online flowers

I have used you many times and the flowers have always been great. But disappointed in the bouquet we had delivered today for a friend, there was only 7 flowers in it and looked nothing like the image displayed on your website.

Oh dear, didn't read reviews! Pink roses lilies bouquet.... Flowers went to wrong address, came to my home address instead of to the retirement couple in another county! and they wouldnt amend the delivery despite having reasonable notice of more than 24hrs, no one answers customer service phone lines, on line replies quicker but unwilling to amend their mistake. I also chose large selection £10 extra! which came today, were just like an ordinary medium size bunch that you would pay 15 pounds less for from a supermarket. The flowers were also billed as having 50% off, goodness knows what you would think if you had paid £50 before delivery costs added. Had to send another set to the correct recipients used Interflora, who were excellent. Very.....expensive mistake!

I ordered a large bouquet of flowers And I just don’t think they looked like the photo in terms of stems. Looked like a small bunch. Lovely flowers. But just disappointed with size.

Unfortunately, the delivered flowers were sparse and unlike the advertised image. While I ordered the 'Standard' size, I would have expected that for an original price of £40, this would be a substantial flower arrangement. Very disappointed as I could have gotten double the size at a fraction of the price, for a similar product from Tesco.

Not impressed with what arrived, the wicker basket lock would not close. You put shredded card inside it to fill the gaps, the product were slightly damaged. For the price it is, it is better to go to hay hampers as I ordered from them as well and the quality and care was far better.

The flowers were delivered in a box by Royal Mail, and my sister had to dress them herself. There was therefore no ‘wow’ moment upon receipt. She is not a florist, so it looks nothing like the photo, and certainly has far fewer flowers than I paid for, as I paid for the medium size. The bouquet was described as ‘sparkling’. It had a few clumps of glitter dumped on it, unevenly scattered and looked cheap. No scent whatsoever. I think it should be made much clearer that flowers are delivered in a box (by Royal Mail) for self assembly. I would not have sent them from this site had I known that. Very disappointing as they were not cheap but looked like they came from some budget florist. Would not use again.

Lovely flowers but was a bit disappointed on the size of the bunch we got. After paying extra for a medium size bunch it was more like the small size shown on web site. Also small when compared to bunches at the same cost received from other florists !!
