Very disappointed with flowers. They didn’t arrive until 2pm and had no dispatch notification that was promised, and when they did arrive they were wilted and had black marks on roses, will not last as were not fresh, this was a £55 medium GRANDEUR, and did not look as described. Absolutely not worth the money and could have bought much nicer fresher flowers from shops at a price that was affordable and half the price of this disappointing bunch. Will never use this company again

I paid extra for flowers to be delivered by 1pm. I arrived at 1.30pm, flowers were not there so I had to buy other flowers to not arrive empty handed on Valentines day. Flowers arrived at 2.30pm. Why have a promise for delivery before 1pm if you don't deliver before 1pm. Just don't do it, take less money, don't overpromise and underdeliver, take less but that way you will be on time.

A lovely bunch of flowers but I paid £50 For flowers and a candle the candle is a small one and the flowers I thought were going to be bigger not that small!!

The quality of the flowers were extremely poor, the chocolates that came with it were one month out of date and the personalised card was bent. Definitely not fit to give as a gift For 50£ in total I would have expected more. If you're planning on buying from here, rethink it and just go to M&S they actually have better quality.

Not very impressed, definitely not prestige. The delivery was on time however, £40 for petrol forcourt standard of flowers! I won't be using again. Morrisons sells better quality.

Twice I have used this company and the actual products themselves are good... What really let's them down is the delivery. BOTH times I ordered from them at least TWO WEEKS before I needed the flowers, they ask what date you want them delivered... And both times they have arrived LATE. A day or two AFTER the date specified. What is the point of asking when you want them if you can't actually fulfil this specific and basic instruction?

Ordered some roses for my wife for valentine's day, when they arrived they looked nothing like on the website and a couple had already wilted,best part of £50 they cost me,could have got a better bouquet from lidls for a tenner,and as for the card,it's pathetic ,prestige flowers??? As a first time customer I am so gutted that what I ordered, and what I paid for was so disappointing and tiny.it arrived as scheduled but is far below my estimation of what I expected also, I ordered the medium size, I would hate to see the small.The price was just too much when I look at what I recieved.This bouquet was purchased for sentimental reasons for my son's girlfriend, he died in June 24...and now I'm embarrassed to present it as her gift...I should have shopped locally..sorry prestige, 😞

Disappointed, flowers on website not like their website photo. Emailed to complain but apparently the florist manager or the supervisor can see nothing wrong, mine also appeared with a bushy green sprig stuck in them!

Very disappointed, I order a medium size bunch and a vase for my mum 86th birthday. The vase was lovely but the flowers were disappointing. There was more foliage than actual flowers. Will not use Prestige again.

For my father's 77th birthday I made special arrangements two days in advance for a Deluxe Flower Bouquet, I live in America and he lives in England. I recieved a confirmation for my payment...and information that you deliver 7 days a week. The flowers arrived 2 days late. This was quite an embarrassment . He waited at home all day for the delivery. When I sent an urgent note I heard back from someone who claimed that you do not guarantee timely delivery, no apology , no offer to adjust the price. Prestige was given more than enough time to arrange to deliver the flowers , there was no communication reflecting difficulty on your part of any kind and no effort to acknowledge the pain and embarrasment of no delivery . I wont order flowers again . In America, this would have been treated very differently .

Very disappointed. Ordered large bouquet of flowers but received what I would classes as medium. Nothing like pictures. Don't get fooled! It is robbery. Flowers didn't look any better than bunch from supermarket for £15.

I ordered some flowers on the 29th Feb. They were delivered on the 30th and given to my wife as a gift. Within 2 days the flowers were looking withered, to the point we had to remove almost half of them from the vase to stop it looking too bad. Within another 2 days, almost all of the bouquet had wilted. We followed the care instructions, but it made no difference. Meanwhile, some supermarket flowers bought for her on her birthday are still OK now, flawless and healthy looking. It seems to me to have been a waste of £45.

What a disappointing bunch of flowers received today for a staff member who had lost a parent suddenly! The flowers themselves were ok and the delivery fast, but we upgraded to a bigger size and considering there was £10 off and with the cost of delivery was still £41. The amount of flowers given were shocking!! I'd hate to have paid £51 for a bunch of flowers that I could have picked up in the shop for about £15. Will not be using again and like many others wish I'd looked at reviews beforehand.
