Lovely flowers but was a bit disappointed on the size of the bunch we got. After paying extra for a medium size bunch it was more like the small size shown on web site. Also small when compared to bunches at the same cost received from other florists !!

There were 3 sizes to choose from, I paid more for the largest size. They arrived at my sister's today, a photo was taken and sent to me, the size was like smallest on website. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. The Berbers were being over dying, water did not revive them.

So so sadly disappointed ! Purchased for a birthday present, and essentially have paid £35 for 2 roses ( already brown around the edges) 1 chrysanthemum, sprigs of greenery and some pine cones …. I could have purchase better from the supermarket for a quarter of the cost. I will never order again.

Wish I had read these reviews b4 ordering 2 bouquets. 1 turned up lily n rose bouquet. Only 3 lollies n 3 roses when they were supposed yo be lot more than this the lollies are not right ones either. My other bouquet ordered 4 bday has not turned up. Am waiting on customer service yo see what has happened. Won't use again after this

The flowers were fine, much appreciated by my sister in law for her 60th birthday. However, the price you see is not the price you pay, beware of all the add ons, it works out cheaper to go with interflora.

Why offer next day delivery, when you can't honour it? Using a third party is not an excuse as I ordered before your deadline on a Monday, got confirmation it would arrive on Tuesday. They didn't reach royal mail until Tuesday. Flowers and candle didn't arrive until Thursday, by which stage my wife had left for a business trip. Flowers were ok, but the medium bunch pictured was equal/better than the larger bunch I ordered. Lesson learnt, buy local.

The flowers looked beautiful when they arrived as a present to me but lasted only about 3 days despite caring for them. I liked them so much that I ordered a similar arrangement immediately for someone just out of hospital. I hope theirs lasted longer but I don't like to ask ! Very disappointing.

I just placed an order for Christmas gift. I wanted to be prepared and I received an email with promotion offer. It was written that the order will be, before checkout : 27.99- flowers 5 -for medium size extra flowers 3.99 - card 5.99 - delivery 16.99 - hamper from add on section The total should be 59.98. Instead of that when I finish the order and saw the order details in my email it was different. There was only order for 59.96 for flowers, card 3.99, delivery 5.99. The total cost was 60.96. Extreamly strage, with both ways I don't know how they make it 60.96, because neighter of this numbers/options matches the price .. After that I saw that will be delivered with Royal Mail. Ufff I had problems with their deliveries before... I am disapointed now. I saw one thing offered for one price, ended up with something else for more money, whithout the promotion price. Also the black friday or other coupon was not working. So I assume that the information on site was not updated... My first order was alright, but this is my second one and as I see I won't do any order again. Will try to cancel and will thing about another gift for Christmas. will contact customer service and if there are really only the flowers and card, will just cancel the order. ..Double check when ordering.

Ordered twice off here both times for my two daughters birthdays, first order was delivered late and thought okay maybe I didn't give enough time so made sure second time I'd put the order in early, 3weeks before I needed them delivered......only now to receive notification that my order won't be delivered until Tuesday...... Supposed to be Sunday!!! Won't be ordering again!!!

Arrived OK and on time, but I was annoyed by the quantity of roses delivered, but because the website did not describe how many "medium" was I really have no comeback. But most annoying is the fact they were delivered 2 days ago and 4 of the 12 roses are already dead. That's almost £15 worth of roses dead already! We've followed the care instructions but the flower petals have clear signs of disease. I am trying to upload photos, but the website isn't allowing it.

We received a bouquet of what I think were double lilies sent by friends on the death of my father in law. Very disappointing. Only one of the flowers even partially opened. The buds died on the stems before opening. I put the lilies in a vase with fresh water and the flower food when they arrived so I don't think I did anything wrong. The card which came with the lilies was cheap and flimsy. It wasn't specific for bereavement (it said just for you on the front). It was clearly pulled off a roll as it had perforations along the bottom and it was more paper than card. Repeat disappointing :( You could get a bouquet of lilies in the supermarket for £15/20. I know these are double, but what's the point if they die before opening!??

Was not impressed with the quality of the flowers at all, they had already started to darken when my wife received them, not the happy experience I hoped for - chocolates were greatly but the flowers were meant to be the star of the show and sadly they were not.

Wouldn't order again. Royal Mail messed up delivery so 'next day flowers' were in transit for over 24 hours. Obviously with a shelf life of a few days this a material reduction in the value of the flowers, not withstanding I had specifically ordered and paid for next day delivery for a special occasion. Prestige customer service was awful, merely quoting repeatedly their terms and conditions that 'Next Day' does not guarantee next day and offering absolutely nothing in compensation despite my asking. I get they rely on Royal Mail and these things happen, just amazed they were not prepared to take ownership of the problem and offer anything in recognition I had not received what I had ultimately paid Prestige to provide.

The flowers are nice don’t get me wrong but the size ‘large’ really aren’t big at all. I could’ve got the same flowers from Lidl over the road for 1/10 of the price of these.

Sadly we have not been able to find out if our flowers were delivered. It would have been nice to be notified by the delivery company, that the flowers had been delivered as you don't seem to do deliver the flowers yourselves.
