Ordered a week before recipient’s birthday, selecting delivery date, to be let down by Royal Mail informing me they won’t be delivered. Having paid a delivery fee I am less than impressed with my shopping experience.

Very disappointed. Ordered large bouquet of flowers but received what I would classes as medium. Nothing like pictures. Don't get fooled! It is robbery. Flowers didn't look any better than bunch from supermarket for £15.

60 pounds I paid for a large and this tiny bunch of flowers turned up I am totally shocked and disappointed this was for my mothers birthday would never order from here again , how do I look into a refund as I feel I have not been delivered what I have ordered

I would never use again!! We ordered a bouquet to be sent to our 90 year old Auntie to cheer her up on the day of a very close family's funeral, as she was not able to attend. As if she wasn't upset enough but to then receive the flowers very droopy and all roses were dead, this upset her even more! She was upset because she knows flowers are not cheap and then felt bad for us. I appreciate that a resend of the bouquet was offered but that was after a friend of hers had to go round to the house twice to take photos and email backwards & forwards to Prestige Flowers and when I asked if they were able to send a little something, even chocolates to compensate for the upset and work caused to prove the flowers were dead, I was made to feel that we should be grateful that they had agreed to resend. I demanded a refund and have ordered from another supplier.

my flowers came and they look nothing like the photo, i spent close to £40 and they looking nothing like the photo, they were squished, so i am not happy due to the amount of money i spent

Avoid! Website is confusing. Be careful when inputting invoice and delivery addresses. Contacted them immediately I received order confirmation that I needed to amend my details. Was told I was too late. Customer service team completely unsupportive. Lesson learned.

Would rate 0 if I could. Terrible service and no refunds. On the page says next day delivery. Flowers arrived 2 days after the initial delivery date in terrible state. This company uses Royal Mail as their delivery service which is ridiculous, if i would've known I would've chosen different company. Can't guarantee the quality of the items purchased and can't guarantee the date of delivery... really disappointed. Never ever gonna use this services again. Waste of money.

This arrived on the Thursday. On the Friday I visited her and saw the flowers they looked a bit droopy but thought they would pick up. By Saturday it was obvious they were dead. All her other flowers she recieved by post blooming nicely. As it was the weekend I decided Monday morning I would call prestige flowers and tell them of my disappointment once I’d got back home. Told reporting has to be done within 3 days and there was nothing they could do. No sorry to hear this or any apology. A £10 voucher could be issued and thats all. Been using this company for the last 2 years and with my last ordered renewed my yearly delivery cost. Shame because I won’t be using them again. Been happy with other orders but something went wrong with this order. But how a company deals with things when they go wrong, says a lot about a company. Prestige failed badly here. My advice is to use a company that has customer service and satisfaction as it main objective

I had a very disappointing experience with prestige flowers. I received a bouquet of roses that arrived looking wilted and far from fresh. When I reached out to customer service, Lois initially acknowledged the quality issue and even offered compensation. However, after further discussion, they suddenly reversed their stance, claiming the flowers were fine and only had “guard petals”—despite previously admitting there was an issue. I had to go back and forth multiple times, sending additional photos and explaining why the flowers were not in acceptable condition. Instead of honoring their initial acknowledgment of the issue, they backtracked and refused to provide a proper resolution. This is not the level of quality or customer service I expect from a florist. If a business cannot stand by its own quality control, it makes me question their reliability. I will not be ordering from them again.

I have used these guys twice now and it's been fantastic. Great offers, plenty of choice and neat little add ons such as vases, chocolates and cards among many others. Great customization options too. My go to from now OK! Delivery was on time and I was kept updated.

I've been using these guys for years, they always deliver and sort out any issues. Doesn't matter where I'm sending them, and they're more cost effective than most local florists. 10/10 would recommend!

I ordered flowers for a friend’s Birthday. They were to be delivered on her Birthday and were not! So disappointed as I ordered them days before the date to ensure they arrived as a surprise on her actual Birthday. I won’t be using this company again.

I thought recommend Prestige Flowers. I have use them regularly and being a Prestige Member has saved loads on postage too. The flowers they send are just before their best so the receiver gets the full time to enjoy the flowers. I've some my Mum had that lasted 3+ weeks. Some of the arrangements are a little different with my Mum always appreciates.

I ordered some flowers on the 29th Feb. They were delivered on the 30th and given to my wife as a gift. Within 2 days the flowers were looking withered, to the point we had to remove almost half of them from the vase to stop it looking too bad. Within another 2 days, almost all of the bouquet had wilted. We followed the care instructions, but it made no difference. Meanwhile, some supermarket flowers bought for her on her birthday are still OK now, flawless and healthy looking. It seems to me to have been a waste of £45.

The white roses were already brown round the edges, curled up, and dead on arrival. Really very disappointed as the bouquet not cheap. The flowers arrived on time but I can't even say the bouquet will last a day as I've already had to throw away the dead blooms and apart from the carnations, the whole thing is already wilting and sad/old-looking. (And yes, I did chop off the end of the flowers and I used the powder in the water, and gave them a few hours to recover from transit - no joy at all). Terrible.

Terrible bouquet! Small and empty, not what I paid for. I asked for the biggest, and my friend got the smallest but they charged and no refund or apology.
