Very disappointed with the flowers delivered as they were not the ones I ordered!! Although they did arrive on the correct day.

The presentation of the flowers in a closed box led to a wilted look on delivery . I did not understand that Royal Mail would deliver as a package rather than an open bouquet from a florist. The receiver was not impressed with her gift .

Liars. Didn't deliver my flowers on the day specified THE BIRTHDAY!!!!! Then lied about why trying to put the blame on me ffs! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I'm in contact with the ombudsman and a solicitor!!!!!!! I WILL be taking this right to the top!!!!!!

Roses were delivered to my daughter. Out of the five roses that were in the bouquet two of them were so flaccid that they had wrinkled petals and a texture of old lady skin. I reported this problem immediately that they arrived and I’ve just been told they were fine. Do not use this company they tell you that dead flowers are good quality. The two roses lasted two days before they wilted with all their petrol is off.

Took ages choosing the perfect bouquet and vase. Tried to pay, just given the run around their site, lost patience, gave up that's a £50+ order lost by your faffing!

Orders on 17th January with next day delivery, received 20th. Will not use them again and advise anyone else not to use them. Awarded one star as there is no zero option. Have not contacted the company...a refund does not compensate for huge disappointment and too late for the purpose sent, ruined!

My husband ordered the Rose and Lily bouquet for my 60th birthday. They arrived as expected, however the quality of this bouquet is very disappointing to say the least. Almost a week later, the roses look so sorry for themselves and the Lillie's still have not opened.

Didn’t arrive on time requested a specific date for some flowers for my anniversary only after the payment had being taken and the mess up occurred do they tell you the specific date is not guaranteed. Do yourself a favour Stick with using interflora

Awful flowers. Ordered large and got 5 roses. It was nothing like the photo’s. 2 of which were on their way out on the day of delivery. This was £40 with delivery, reduced from £60. Avoid

Absolute joke, the flowers came dying and floppy, the roses were off colour. When speaking with the customer service team, they only offered a 1/4 of the money back in credit? Because of only a slight quality issue

I had a gift a delivery of fresh flowers they were well packed a few of the stems of flowers were broken that was fine but the two roses were drooping and had brown petals on them on delivery. I have had them 5 days and the leaves in the flowers are going yellow. I have flowers from a supermarket every week and they last ages I am really disappointed

Please do not trust the next day delivery service. Flowers for a special occasion did not arrive on time and the response I got from customer services is that, in essence, I should have read the small print which states it’s not guaranteed . They use a third party for delivery and use this as an excuse for lack of accountability. Also, avoid the chocolates- awful

The flowers were delivered but the Lillie's still.in bud and they looked DISMAL and nothing like the picture. It was for a celebration that day and looked disgraceful against others who bought at ASDA and similar. They say it says so in the print I cannot find it and it is a false description in my view. I booked my flowers to be delivered to my sister on her wedding day. I also did a video. I gave you three days notice so the bouquet would arrive the morning if her wedding, this was very important as I was not able to be there with her. They should have been delivered on Saturday 18th January between 9am and 1.30. No flowers arrived and Royal Mail now tell me they will be delivered on Monday 20th January. I am very disappointed in this service and I am very upset that my sister did not receive these special flowers from us. I really hope that these flowers arrive although I am not confident they will. DO NOT USE!! Please read the reviews before buying, certainly not worth the money spent for a large bouquet, rubbish customer service as not even given a good will gesture, flowers looked nothing like the photos on their website, will definitely not recommend to anyone.

Flowers were delivered to the wrong address, Broom instead of Southall (Royal Mails fault). Extremely disappointed with the flowers, nothing like the ones advertised. Would certainly not order again from Prestige. Flowers were not worth the price paid. A very disappointed birthday present.
