If I could give zero stars I would we ordered 2 large Christmas bouquets to be sent out to our grandparents in their care homes. They were dispatched on Friday to be delivered Saturday. One bouquet was delivered at 1.30 today (Monday) the other bouquet still hasn’t been delivered. The customer service was appalling. Please see photos of what we were supposed to get and what we got. Avoid like the plague!

So disappointed! Arrived on time but the bunch of flowers contained 3 flowers! The rest was greenery and sparse at that. I live overseas and wanted to treat my sister for Christmas with some lovely Christmassy flowers but this is not what she got. I wish I’d read the reviews beforehand- do not waste your money!

Christmas flowers received today were of very poor quality, roses were not fresh. The whole bouquet looks wilted. Very disappointed! Not one of your best Prestige flowers.

Prestige Flowers took my money but did not deliver my flowers and sent me bot emails saying my order has been flagged as fraud because my bank card was foreign - I live in Australia. Any correspondence with them is answered by a bot and resolves nothing. The phone is continually engaged. It is impossible to deal with them. My parents have no flowers. I am $137 the poorer. Do not use this company.

Totally disappointed with this order - not only were they delivered on the wrong day they were damaged and drooping and desperately in need of water. Would not recommend!!!!!!!

Oh dear, schoolboy error not reading the reviews before ordering from this horror show of a company! Ordered a large blitzen bouquet, that was pictured as containing 14 flowers, turned up with only 9! They failed to include the pink lilys as you can see from the photos of what I got vs what they advertise. I even contacted them before leaving a review and their response was that they thought leaving over a third of the flowers out was acceptable! Dreadful bouquet, customer service, unbelievably, even worse!

Shocking lack of stems. Nothing like on their website i want my money back It’s outrageous im so angry these were a gift for my neighbour what must they think of me. Supermarkets have better bouquets!!!!!!

Ignore negative comments Lovely bouquet dispatched Sunday 22nd December from Halifax to Liverpool Arrived within 24 hours by Royal Mail No issues with the quality received. See photo on this review

Ordered a Christmas arrangement for my friend who was quite underwhelmed when she got them. I emailed Prestige Flowers with the pictures below (what she got vs what they showed on their website would be delivered). Their response was that they couldn't see any differences lol. Where to even begin? I will let you decide based on the pictures here.

ORDERED ONLINE AND WHEN I RECEIVED MY CONFIRMATION EMAIL, DISCOVERED THEY WERE BEING SENT TO MYSELF DESPITE ENTERING DELIVERY ADDRESS. PHONED WITHIN 5 MINUTES OF ORDERING TO CHANGE DELIVERY ADDRESS ONLY TO FIND "THERE'S NOTHING I CAN DO" TROED TO CANCEL ORIGINAL ORDER ONLY TO FIND "I CAN'T DO THAT FROM HERE" HAD TO RE-ORDER WHILE ON PHONE AND JUST WAVE GOODBYE TO £54! MERRY XMAS

After submitting the order with the wrong delivery date in error which was totally my mistake, i emailed immediately to update the delivery date. A few mins later I received an error simply pointing me to the terms and conditions stating that the order had been dispatched so nothing could be done. Absolute lack of interest from customer service, i wish i'd read the other poor reviews before making the mistake of trusting this company for first and last time.

Hidden charges all over the place . Do not like the website design as it's got so many extra options to confuse things. For example it said to get medium flowers, +£5 and large+£10 but since those both appear as optional extras it appears as though the only choice when buying it to click on one price and automatically have to choose to pay the extra fiver for medium as it is unclear as to what size we were originally meant to be getting at the promised price. Just the standard feeling of another company taking anyone for what they can get.

Absolutely terrible site, paid £10 extra to upgrade to a 'large' bouquet and what turned up could hardly be described as small let alone large. For £37 its a disgrace what i got was £10 worth from local supermarket. What arrives looks nothing like the picture on their website and when I sent pictures to customer service I just got email back saying 'nope that's what you get' Buyers beware stick to local florist at least you then get what you pay for.

Extremely dissatisfied customer. Will not be using again, even after reaching out to customer services who said that I should use the food packet to help the flowers grow and resemble the pictures. Erm, not quite sure how you think the foliage and stems are going to reproduce in number to reflect your own photos of a large bouquet! Sent as a gift to elderly mother, most definitely underwhelmed and last time I use the service.

Delivery time is not guaranteed the customer service has just told me about the flowers due to be sent “yesterday”. I wouldn’t recommend this company as it is not reliable. I am not happy with my purchase at all and will not use again.

I ordered a beautiful bouquet to wish a friend a speedy recovery from a breast cancer operation. The bouquet arrived 2 days late and the blooms were in a shabby condition. I have been in communication with Prestige but they don’t see anything wrong with the flowers in the photo I sent them! I am disgusted with their customer care, because they clearly don’t care. I will never use them again and will advise all my family and friends never to use them either if this is how they ‘deal’ with complaints

I made 4 orders for Christmas deliveries. 2 of them made it. One was rerouted by royal mail and arrived 4 days late. The other was a total disaster resulting in my sister not receiving her Christmas gift despite ordering on 8 December for a 19 December delivery. The order has still not been delivered. The live chat was useless as it never connected me to anyone, I always got a message saying their agents were unavailable. Will not be using them again.
