Avoid, avoid, avoid - overpriced, poor quality and bad customer service. The worst Valentine's flower delivery I've ever had in over 25 years. The recipient of my flowers was hugely underwhelmed. The smallest "medium" sized bouquet I've ever seen. Better off going to a supermarket for a quarter of the price and picking your own. Just to finish off a bad job, they are not willing to listen to feedback or offer to rectify the situation. Customer lost for life.

The quality of the flowers were extremely poor, the chocolates that came with it were one month out of date and the personalised card was bent. Definitely not fit to give as a gift For 50£ in total I would have expected more. If you're planning on buying from here, rethink it and just go to M&S they actually have better quality.

Not very impressed, definitely not prestige. The delivery was on time however, £40 for petrol forcourt standard of flowers! I won't be using again. Morrisons sells better quality.

Twice I have used this company and the actual products themselves are good... What really let's them down is the delivery. BOTH times I ordered from them at least TWO WEEKS before I needed the flowers, they ask what date you want them delivered... And both times they have arrived LATE. A day or two AFTER the date specified. What is the point of asking when you want them if you can't actually fulfil this specific and basic instruction?

I requested delivery for tomorrow 14th February (Valentine's Day) when the recipient would be in - Flowers have been delivered today when recipient is at work !!! So they have been left outside - just hope they will be still be there !!!

A little disappointed. The flowers were a gift for my mother on her birthday. I paid for next day before 1pm delivery and weren’t received until 4pm. The flower were not as what was shown in the image.

They flowers were awful. The problem is they are not the florist or have anything to do with the flowers. They are the middle man. Take your money then send the order to a florist! Give the florist half the money and keep the rest. Please order flowers straight from your local florist who know what to do and how to look after you. Not a company that just posts pictures!! They have no idea of customer relations.

Ordered some roses for my wife for valentine's day, when they arrived they looked nothing like on the website and a couple had already wilted,best part of £50 they cost me,could have got a better bouquet from lidls for a tenner,and as for the card,it's pathetic ,prestige flowers??? You're having a laugh,never again 😞😓

Looks like it has been arranged by a catapult not by a florists as stated by company. For the price I paid far better to go to your local florist. Will not buy from here again.

had a terrible experience with Prestige Flowers. After placing an order, I realized that their website incorrectly combined my billing and shipping addresses. I immediately called within two minutes to correct the issue, yet they refused to help, claiming orders are processed in advance. Instead of offering a proper resolution—such as canceling, modifying, or allowing a reorder without extra cost—they offered a £10 credit on a £45 order, which is completely inadequate. They made zero effort to rectify their own mistake, leaving me with no choice but to dispute the charge with my bank. If you value customer service and reliability, I strongly recommend avoiding Prestige Flowers. If anything goes wrong, don’t expect them to fix it!

Ordered what appeared to look like a nice bouquet for Valentine's day, it arrived with two of the flowers broken, one flattened, all roses had damaged petals and the eucalyptus was bent almost at a right angle. DON'T BUY.

Really disappointed. The flowers turned up completely brown, wilted and decaying. The local Sainsburys has better quality flowers than this. When raised with them they told me to remove the dead petals and that the flowers were fine. Thing is, there would be nothing left if I removed all the damaged petals. Purchased for a birthday, will now have to go in the bin and I will have to buy the ones from Sainsburys. Really, disappointed.

As a first time customer I am so gutted that what I ordered, and what I paid for was so disappointing and tiny.it arrived as scheduled but is far below my estimation of what I expected also, I ordered the medium size, I would hate to see the small.The price was just too much when I look at what I recieved.This bouquet was purchased for sentimental reasons for my son's girlfriend, he died in June 24...and now I'm embarrassed to present it as her gift...I should have shopped locally..sorry prestige, 😞
