Do not use this company, you cannot get through to customer services they don’t answer the telephone, so if you have a problem you can’t get through to them. I spent over £50 on flowers which they said were addressed wrongly, which wasn’t true, the correct address was given to them, where you put the postcode on their site was missing which was the number. Where they had to deliver was a small village with few properties, all they had to do was knock a door and anyone would have told them whom the flowers were for, but no, I had an email to say address was incorrect when in fact it was correct, so I lost all my money, but I couldn’t get in touch with customer services to tell them in the first place, I had to email them. I should have read their reviews before I ordered the flowers, will never use them again.

Placed an order from NZ for a birthday delivery. Prestige Flowers delivered the wrong bouquet, not once but twice !!! Made no further attempt to contact me with a solution, despite them sending a bouquet that was definitely NOT worth the money I paid. Would never use this company again,

Really poor quality and nothing like the pictures on the website. The box was damaged and wet. Ordered the January bouquet for my wife's birthday and Unfortunately nothing like the pictures advertised on the website to the reality received. I look forward to your response and how you plan to rectify this either with a full refund and countermeasures to ensure your customers do not have repeat poor experiences. The amount of dissatisfied reviews for the same issues shows the lessons are not being learnt or taken seriously to resolve and improve. Delivery was on time which was pleasing but the quality unsatisfactory. Instead of enjoying my wife's birthday tonight writing this review and emailed to. Don't advertise high standards if you can not achieve. My advise to anyone use a local business to keep the quality over speed of delivery.

Delivery was not made on time. I did not receive any updates related to the delivery and although I called within their working hours for an update, they were already closed and did not pick up.

Head to Serenata Flowers instead. Next day delivery ordered on Sunday, arrived on Wednesday. Ordered a "large", they are half the size of the display pic, which is medium. Customer service agent was polite and fast, but nothing offered in terms of postage refund or large bunch refund. Dismissed my photos as the correct size and said they only refund if over 3 days late.

I ordererd a bouquet of sympathy flowers for a family member following the passing of her husband. £46 the price following add ons. Although I feel flowers are extortionate, those thoughts are at the back of your mind on such occasions, so I opted for what looked like a bouquet offering a bit of cheer and comfort, at such a solemn time. My relative sent a photo to me as she had put the flowers in my late Mother's vase. Imagine my shock, when I saw how sparse the flowers were. I contacted Prestige who assured me that many experts had viewed my photo and confirmed the bouquet was within keeping of their T&C's. On advice I waited 3 days for more blooms to appear, which they did, but still nothing like the picture shown on the Prestige Web Site. I have since had the same response during our back and forth conversation, always saying the photos have been reviewed by many experts and the flowers were inkeeping with their T&C'S. I have previously said, your emotions during sad times can sometimes overule your actions. On this occasion and big mistake, I failed to read previous reviews regarding Prestige Flowers. I appreciate looking at the review stars of 4 and above at first glance looks good, but bare in mind if you are a gift recipient of flowers, you are very unlikely going to complain about them, or check them against the website. Make your own mind up, but beware that all is not what it seems at Prestige Flowers.

Appalling display delivered as a "thank you", do no use this company. I wish I had read the reviews. Customer service just as disappointing! Waste of time & money. I pray & hope karma bites them on their lying, deceiving, money grabbing tongues!

My daughter ordered me flowers from yourselves. They were sent to the wrong. The flowers were poor quality and are already dying and I only recythem on Tuesday 7th January.

Very poor communications with P F Request a call is the best way to get help. Be aware that if you live anywhere in Scotland your flowers will most likely not arrive on time. I’ll definitely use another company to send a gift of flowers next time.

My daughter arranged for these to be delivered on 05/01/2025 They arrived yesterday afternoon 08/01/2025). Not in a good state I hoped that they may have perked up this morning this is the state of them now . Well what a terrible outcome a potted Rose with roots lasted 12 days on complaing was offered a £10. Voucher so I had to spend more to get something else It took me 3 days to speak to someone via a,chT line as the telephone number is not answering dead line DO NOT USE there are plenty of good companies out there.

Next day flowers didnt turn up next day, blamed 3rd party couriers and no compensation other than email apology. Don't recommend.

Customer service team completely disregarded my complaint that the flowers were wilted on arrival. They were also incapable of synthesising information from my emails as they continued to ask questions that I had already clarified in my initial emails.

I bought these flowers for my sister's birthday because the present I'd ordered wasn't going to arrive in time. I paid extra for next day delivery which I have to say Royal Mail did deliver them on a Sunday on the expected day so no complaints about delivery but the flowers were not very good quality they were brown and wilted by the next day not what I'd expect for 2 day old flowers.

I sent flowers to a close relative on the passing of her father. Since I sent them from Australia to the UK I was dependent on a reputable company fulfilling my order correctly. The flowers arrived a day late, and although I paid for a larger bouquet the bouquet was very small. Also the bouquet was mostly a different colour to that depicted which is important when sending flowers for a bereavement. I feel that this company makes a lot of money from those who are unable to have their complaints dealt with appropriately. Pity I didn't read the reviews first.

I ordered £61.97 worth of flowers that when arrived over a week later were dead. I am extremely annoyed as this ruined my whole Christmas. The roses were supposed to had arrived Christmas Eve. No mention of a refund or even an apology, robbery comes to mind - DON’T ORDER from Prestige flowers and keep your hard earned money. I have no choice but to give a star otherwise I’d give no star

The flowers Prestige sent were mostly dead within 24 hours. The companies response to my complaint elicited a derisory credit. Do not use this company if you do not wish to be embarrassed when the recipient instead of thanking you has to complain that you have sent them a bunch of dead flowers.
