Absolutely appalling service. Disregard of clients opinion. Flowers are not what they showed or have told. Definitely not fresh at all. You’re better off buying from your local shop. Waste of money.

Ordered a large size of Lillie's and roses. To say when they arrived I was sooo disappointed, I paid for large and received what looks like a small. I could have got 2 large bunches from m&s for less than what I paid for one and would have been double the flowers! I will never be ordering from here again if this is what you get for 50quid bunch of flowers!!

Used this company for a few years, for birthday, Mothers day & Christmas flowers. Always the recipient was delighted. The extras offered are good value and quality. The delivery pass is a BARGAIN!

Disappointed, flowers on website not like their website photo. Emailed to complain but apparently the florist manager or the supervisor can see nothing wrong, mine also appeared with a bushy green sprig stuck in them!

Don’t know why I keep trying…. Next day delivery doesn’t happen. Expect them 2-3 days after desired delivery day

Bought a beautiful.bunch of flowers for a friend having a hard time. Well the pic was beautiful.on the website but was so disappointed when they arrived. Looked wilted on some and not as full as the pic shows

Avoid. Dreadful product, dreadful service. I ordered one of their most expensive bouquets and received a dissapointing bunch of flowers. I'd have been better going to Tesco than Prestige's Blackpool store. Ignore their "100% satisfaction" guarantee - when I raised this with the store, they told me I needed to "trim the stems". Grrr. Don't waste your money.

I ordered a large size purity bouquet with a vase on Monday and was very disappointed to see that what was received looked nothing like the photo on your website and certainly not “prestige” looking at all. For what I paid, I was expecting more than 8 roses for a larger size.

Very disappointed, I order a medium size bunch and a vase for my mum 86th birthday. The vase was lovely but the flowers were disappointing. There was more foliage than actual flowers. Will not use Prestige again.

Purchased wild and wonderful bouquet at £36.50 delivered. Absolutely shocked at what arrived, bore no comparison to picture from website. Could have bought same from tesco for £5! Absolute rip off.

I am very disappointed with Prestige flowers. I feel completely ripped off. It cost me $108 US dollars and some change, to send my friend in the UK flowers and a teeny tiny bottle of champagne. She sent me a picture of what she received. It looked like someone went to the store, bought a bunch wrap of tulips and a twig of baby’s breath and shoved it in the vase. For this price, it should have at least been a full bottle of champagne. Never again!

One star is being generous. Ordered flowers for wife’s birthday as oversees. They were sent to Blackpool instead of Aberdeen so arrived a day late (despite ordering 2 days in andvance) and I’ll let photos speak for themselves. Trully awful - and embarrassing - service and product.
