Very disappointed with the flowers my mum received today for her birthday. The flowers are in an awful mess. Two arrived with no head. For what i paid I am disgusted.

I ordered it first time for my friend’s husband who unfortunately passed away over the terrible cancer and absolutely heartbroken disease to the family and the flower was delivered to her for a bit of comfort and delivery was quiet on time .

I have ordered from Prestige Flowers twice now and I’ll definitely continue to do so! They offer a great selection of gifts (with categories) on their website that make it so much easier to pick the perfect gift for any occasion. The packaging is great and the support staff are incredibly helpful and kind. Highly recommend!

For my father's 77th birthday I made special arrangements two days in advance for a Deluxe Flower Bouquet, I live in America and he lives in England. I recieved a confirmation for my payment...and information that you deliver 7 days a week. The flowers arrived 2 days late. This was quite an embarrassment . He waited at home all day for the delivery. When I sent an urgent note I heard back from someone who claimed that you do not guarantee timely delivery, no apology , no offer to adjust the price. Prestige was given more than enough time to arrange to deliver the flowers , there was no communication reflecting difficulty on your part of any kind and no effort to acknowledge the pain and embarrasment of no delivery . I wont order flowers again . In America, this would have been treated very differently .

If I had read reviews before ordering I would have not chosen Prestige Flowers for my international delivery. I made a next day flowers delivery and they were delivered 3 days after the original date! The carrier they use for delivery is Royal Mail and get delivered inside a box, 3 days after it doesn't look like a fresh bouquet of flowers anymore. The Royal Mail doesn't care about the delivery, if you are not in the house they do not contact the receiver to rearrange delivery neither they leave the card at the door as they say they do, and they will only try the next business day. SO you cannot communicate with anyone top rearranged delivery. I tried the Royal Mail email directions for a redelivery and wrote a safe drop location for the delivery and it was not even attempted to do that, so they keep trying the next day and if you are everyday all day at work theres no way to receive your flowers. Its a very bad system for delivery, they should contact the person or deliver at door and send the person a pictire as proof of delivery. And Prestige Flowers costumer service is horrible, they go around in circles trying to diminish your concerns as a costumer and moving the fault at the delivery carrier without caring at all for the costumer! And the pictures you see are nothing like the reality, the bouquets are flimsy and wacky, they look like those terrible cheap bunches you get at the supermarket or pharmacy, and don't pay more for the larger size since they all the same size when they get delivered. Oh and the free chocolates are inexistent, they did not include the chocolates! I had a terrible experience and which I had know this company sucks and doesn't value costumers or their experiences! DONT BUY WITH THEM!

Terrible bunch of flowers i ordered for my mums birthday, paid over £30 and most of it was greenery, nothing like the pictures showed, will never order from here again.

Ordered a week before recipient’s birthday, selecting delivery date, to be let down by Royal Mail informing me they won’t be delivered. Having paid a delivery fee I am less than impressed with my shopping experience.

Very disappointed. Ordered large bouquet of flowers but received what I would classes as medium. Nothing like pictures. Don't get fooled! It is robbery. Flowers didn't look any better than bunch from supermarket for £15.

60 pounds I paid for a large and this tiny bunch of flowers turned up I am totally shocked and disappointed this was for my mothers birthday would never order from here again , how do I look into a refund as I feel I have not been delivered what I have ordered

I would never use again!! We ordered a bouquet to be sent to our 90 year old Auntie to cheer her up on the day of a very close family's funeral, as she was not able to attend. As if she wasn't upset enough but to then receive the flowers very droopy and all roses were dead, this upset her even more! She was upset because she knows flowers are not cheap and then felt bad for us. I appreciate that a resend of the bouquet was offered but that was after a friend of hers had to go round to the house twice to take photos and email backwards & forwards to Prestige Flowers and when I asked if they were able to send a little something, even chocolates to compensate for the upset and work caused to prove the flowers were dead, I was made to feel that we should be grateful that they had agreed to resend. I demanded a refund and have ordered from another supplier.
