Hi, do not use prestige flowers, ordered flowers on line, had notification flowers had been delivered and left at front door, we were in the house at the time of the delivery and there were no flowers at door, checked tracking and proof of delivery photo, the photo showed boxed flowers at a front door only not mine. Phoned customer services, she checked tracking and said it’s been delivered, she didn’t believe that the front door was not mine, in the end she offered to re-send but could not guarantee they would get to my front door, I asked for refund and she said no, because the flowers had been delivered???? Asked to speak to supervisor and was told he had just stepped into a meeting. So to sum up customer services no help at all and trying to speak to a supervisor absolutely no chance always stepping into a meeting. Waiting to see if I get a phone call back to try and resolve issue. Waste of space!!!!!!

I uploaded pictures, what I ordered and what my friend got for her birthday!!! First of all, delivered not on the date been booked. One day later, but what I can see from the tracking been sent 3 days before been delivered.... An excuse that using third part company for deliver, it's not my problem, I want to get what I paid!!! P.s. some flower been thrown away as was damaged!!! So thanks for £56.48 disaster!!!! I would never will recommend this company!!!!!

Advertisement is very misleading. This gives he impression that it is local. It is not. I could not find any reference to flowers being delivered by Royal Mail. It is disappointing to find this out on the day of delivery with a delivery time of 7am to 7pm. If i had known this upfront, i would either choose same day or another florist that would deliver the day I wanted.

Selected Prestige to deliver a birthday bouquet for my wife on Saturday 30th November. Flowers were not delivered on selected day, nor the next day! Despite contacting customer services the flowers eventually arrived at 7pm on Tuesday 3rd December! I was offered usual excuses of it’s the courier’s issue! Royal Mail by the way!! 2 stems had to be culled from the bouquet as they didn’t make it! We will maybe get 2/3 days of value from the remaining display. The box on arrival was evidence of it languishing in depots and being left rather than dealt with! Shoddy customer service and minimum offer of a refund of my delivery charge with no thought about the upset over a birthday surprise being ruined or quality of product with it being, at minimum, 3 days behind selected date!! Will I use prestige again?? NO! Do I wish 0 stars was an available rating? YES!

Very poor service. Next day service failed as Scotland is a hard to reach area from England!!! My birthday surprise ruined because the food hamper didn't arrive on the day. They couldn't guarantee when it might arrive.I was refused a refund. Be very cautious using this company, read the T & C's in detail. I'll never use again, totally unreliable.

Bought flowers for my mum. Paid £25 plus an extra £8.99 for guaranteed next day delivery by 1pm. Flowers arrived 3 days late and starting to die! Shouldn't advertise and charge for a special guaranteed delivery if that delivery cannot be guaranteed. A waste of £34!

Really pleased with the service from Prestige Flowers, I use them for lots of occasions such as birthdays, Christmas etc and they are always the perfect gifts. The flowers are lovely and always delivered on time. Everyone I have bought them for has always been so happy to receive the flowers as a gift and the options to add on little gifts such as chocolates and tea and biscuits is a lovely personal touch. Really fair priced too considering how lovely they are! I’ll always use prestige flowers x

Very Happy with the product. It’s the poor delivery. It was left by the front door in view from the street for over an hour. Also, if they only knocked louder, my 71 yo auntie would have heard it as she was home and be happily surprised. Anyway, disappointing that didn’t happen

Terrible! I ordered flowers for a next day delivery. They didn't arrive! When I asked, I was told that the terms and conditions say it can take up to 3 days?!! How is that 24 hours????? Terms and conditions also hidden on another page. DO NOT USE!!!

The flowers looked beautiful when they arrived as a present to me but lasted only about 3 days despite caring for them. I liked them so much that I ordered a similar arrangement immediately for someone just out of hospital. I hope theirs lasted longer but I don't like to ask ! Very disappointing.

Devastated :’( Here are some images of an expensive bouquet from Prestige Flowers against a cheap Lidl £4.99 bouquet which was purchased on the day before the Prestige Flowers bouquet was even sent. The Lidl bouquet is markedly healthier, fresher, and of superior quality compared to the bouquet I received late last evening. I find it concerning that a company like Prestige Flowers, which charges £35 for a bouquet of flowers of this poor standard, is in appallingly worse condition than a budget supermarket brand like Lidl. I believe that any reputable organisation would be mortified by this and strive to adhere to better morals and services. Why is a Lidl bouquet that is older than an allegedly fresh, costly bouquet so much healthier? I urged Prestige Flowers to start an investigation into this matter, since it is a significant cause for concern. This was not only delivered late, but the bouquet had obviously been left in transit for several days, during which it would have obviously diminished. Hence why I have received what I have. Buyers beware that Prestige Flowers only offered a partial refund for this, and naturally it is only fair to expose this to any potential customers so to prevent people being taken victim by this unscrupulous company. The manager “Aaron” has a phone but is unable to take calls for reasons yet to be disclosed. The company first tried to offer a measly £5 credit as compensation, despite having been shown photos comparing them to a cheap £4.99 bouquet from Lidl. False advertising such as this is almost as bad as stealing, but I suppose customers should expect no less than disreputable company. I will be pursuing appropriate avenues to prevent others falling victim to this company and exposing their unscrupulous practices as a business. Below are photos comparing the bouquet from Prestige Flowers to a £4.99 bouquet from Lidl.

Delivery was 2 days late and flowers already wilting. Contacted customer services to be met by a very cold response and no offer of a refund. Won’t be using again and advise anyone reading this to look elsewhere.

I will sadly never order from you again. I purchased some flowers for a friend who had lost her Dad but they have died within a week of delivery. I raised the issue with the customer service team to be told that this type of issue needs to be reported within 3 days but offered me a credit note for my next order ! Very poor when you pay £50+ next time i will collect from my local supermarket.

Numerous times I contacted Prestige due to their mix up with a delivery address. Finally got that sorted . Then the flowers were not delivered on the selected date for a family members birthday. Still waiting. Not helped at all by Royal Mail. Really poor service from both parties. Too many mistakes and let downs from Prestige make it impossible to purchase from them again. Looking at the majority of reviews recently it seems I'll not be the only one. Do not recommend.
