That’s lucky for one star! Absolute DISGRACE. Still have not received the flowers. Had to be directed to the nearest post office for pick up tomorrow! Goodness knows what state they are in for a friends surprise at work. Disgusting - when I see the state of the flowers tomorrow if and when I pick them and they’ve been delivered I’ll be writing another review - DO NOT USE THiS COMPANY!

Really poor quality. Paid extra for a large bouquet and got a bunch that looked like it had been bought from a truck stop. Customer service is also dreadful. Would stay away and spend money elsewhere!

Ordered Next Day delivery and a day late still no sign and customer service have no idea if they will arrive today just told to contact them after 730pm (when they are closed). According to the small print, provided by the Customer Service Agent, remote areas (I live in Glasgow, UKs 3rd largest city) need another day. Honestly I just wish I'd bought from somewhere local.

Not happy. Sent flowers to a friend who had lost her mum I've retired and can't afford much but for nearly £30 expected more than about ten flowers Have downloaded picture of flowers from web site and what was received

Still waiting for flowers for my bereaved daughter in law. What's the point when they were meant to be a comfort on the day . Also worried that by now they may not be in good condition. Will never use Prestige Flowers again and will pass on to others.

The flowers arrived dry, without water and according to tracking would have not had water for nearly two days. Half of them had to be thrown away. On speaking to other people I've had flowers sent to (I wanted to check theirs were ok) I was horrified to hear that 90% had flowers arrive nearly dead, looking awful and small. I'm mortified and embarrassed. I trusted this company and will never use them again.

I paid nearly £50 for a bunch of flowers to be delivered for my girlfriend’s birthday. What arrived was an incredibly sparse smattering of flowers. If I knew the “quality” of the bouquet was like this , I would’ve just gone and got a much better bunch for far less money from a supermarket or petrol station. Ordered a small food package. Considering the price, would have been great if it was in nicer packaging rather than the cheap looking one it was in.

I sent my mother flowers for her birthday on the 22nd November spending £30 on a large bouquet and she told me this morning that they had all died. I can honestly say how disappointed I am as what I thought was going to be a large beautiful bouquet going by the picture on the website I could have got better at the garage on the way to her house. Truly awful.

The service is cold and impersonal. I don't appreciate being issued with a 'ticket' when I have a problem. That's not customer service. I don't appreciate being sent 'standard' replies either. Royal Mail let you down badly. I won't be using your services again. I suggest you use another delivery company - one that can deliver to addresses on time without fuss. Dreadful.

Sent my mother flowers for a birthday spending £45 and she told me a week later they had died after 3 days . Spoke to Prestige and they offered me a £10 off my next purchase! Well surprise after your poor customer service their won’t be a next time ! Totally useless and quite rude on the phone .

Flowers were lovely but I ordered a "large" bouquet. It was definitely not large!! Description needs to change to show realistic sizes.

Ordered flowers for Christmas eve delivery and they got sent out straight away. Told that there was nothing they can do. All my fault. I triple checked the delivery date before hitting the place order button. Advice was contact parcel force and rearrange delivery. Great idea. Leave fresh flowers sitting for a month then have them delivered. Will no longer be using this company after years a loyalty to them. Terrible customer service.

Ordered them from here as they advertise next day delivery. THEY DO NOT. They can arrive within a five day window (in small print in their terms and conditions). This was a very sad birthday due to loosing family members and I was trying to cheer my sister up. I called and the woman on the phone just repeated "in our terms and conditions" - but you have to search for this. I will NEVER use this company again - wish you could give negative stars!

Flowers not delivered on time Flowers on website said that if you ordered by a certain time it would be next day delivery Flowers were to arrive on in the 26th November. I received tracing. Information that they had been dispatched and would arrive on the 26th November between 8 - 12pm . Flowers never arrived . Called to ask for a refund and was advised terms and conditions said they can’t guarantee next delivery. Company tracking info said they were out for delivery delivery but only being delivered today.
