I will sadly never order from you again. I purchased some flowers for a friend who had lost her Dad but they have died within a week of delivery. I raised the issue with the customer service team to be told that this type of issue needs to be reported within 3 days but offered me a credit note for my next order ! Very poor when you pay £50+ next time i will collect from my local supermarket.

Numerous times I contacted Prestige due to their mix up with a delivery address. Finally got that sorted . Then the flowers were not delivered on the selected date for a family members birthday. Still waiting. Not helped at all by Royal Mail. Really poor service from both parties. Too many mistakes and let downs from Prestige make it impossible to purchase from them again. Looking at the majority of reviews recently it seems I'll not be the only one. Do not recommend.

Would advise caution if considering this website. My mother ordered 2 expensive hampers last year as gifts, totalling over £600. One was delivered to wrong address - I’ve been told no refund will be issued. 2nd delivered the wrong hamper worth only £129.99, rather than the one ordered (over £300). The woman at the customer complaints department was remarkably rude and unhelpful. She claimed that a cheaper hamper was substituted due to the requested hamper being no longer in stock. At no time was my mother informed of this substitute or offered a refund. It was only after lengthy emails, requiring photographic proof of the substituted cheaper item was a partial refund paid. The missing hamper was never refunded. Beware!

I wish I would have listened to the reviews. Paid for next day flowers (which were under the next day flowers tab) and premium delivery to be delivered the NEXT DAY and they were not delivered the next day. Can't get through to anyone either to help. Why offer 'next day' flowers and delivery if they are not going to be delivered the next day? False advertising.

I paid over £50 for a bouquet of flowers for a special occasion. The pictures on the website looked really pretty but what we got were limp, dying, and very few flowers that looked nothing like the pictures. Very very disappointing and not at all value for money. A real shame

I have used prestige flowers on several occasions to send flowers to my daughter on her birthday,they have always been a beautiful display and fresh blooms,have always arrived on time ,I will definitely continue to use in the future

I just placed an order for Christmas gift. I wanted to be prepared and I received an email with promotion offer. It was written that the order will be, before checkout : 27.99- flowers 5 -for medium size extra flowers 3.99 - card 5.99 - delivery 16.99 - hamper from add on section The total should be 59.98. Instead of that when I finish the order and saw the order details in my email it was different. There was only order for 59.96 for flowers, card 3.99, delivery 5.99. The total cost was 60.96. Extreamly strage, with both ways I don't know how they make it 60.96, because neighter of this numbers/options matches the price .. After that I saw that will be delivered with Royal Mail. Ufff I had problems with their deliveries before... I am disapointed now. I saw one thing offered for one price, ended up with something else for more money, whithout the promotion price. Also the black friday or other coupon was not working. So I assume that the information on site was not updated... My first order was alright, but this is my second one and as I see I won't do any order again. Will try to cancel and will thing about another gift for Christmas. will contact customer service and if there are really only the flowers and card, will just cancel the order. ..Double check when ordering.

The flowers,are so fresh and last a long time. Your additional add on,s are unique in themselves and bring additional enjoyment. I sent flowers and tea caddy my dear friend in the UK and we share,a cup of tea via,Skype with her having tea from the add on. It makes the holidays special and magical again. A huge thank you.

Bitterly disappointed that the flowers were not delivered. This was for a very special occasion And there were two adults in the house all day. This was our first and last order to Prestige.

Ordered twice off here both times for my two daughters birthdays, first order was delivered late and thought okay maybe I didn't give enough time so made sure second time I'd put the order in early, 3weeks before I needed them delivered......only now to receive notification that my order won't be delivered until Tuesday...... Supposed to be Sunday!!! Won't be ordering again!!!

I am fuming I’ve specifically asked if you sent hampers to Ireland and you’ve messaged back sayings yes .I’ve ordered and paid for one and then today I get a link about flowers I haven’t ordered flowers this Hamper was a special gift for my father and I don’t Eve know now if he will get it on time NOT HAPPY

Only chose 1 star because I had no other choice absolute zero from me also wish I'd read the reviews. I arranged a bouquet for my mums 70th as a surprise with a voice message from me and my daughter. The flowers never arrived tried to contact them next day via phone and they said unfortunately the lines ar down. Had to communicate via email couldn't get a straight answer eventually realised I'd made a mistake with the postcode ok fair enough,but I checked the postcode I put in and address doesn't exist they had the full address other than that and also had my phone number. I get it's dealt by a 3rd party but this cannot be the first time this has happened with a typo. They wasn't interested in helping me out resolving the issue and guess what the flowers arrived 6 days later and were in a terrible state. There was no correspondence to say we couldn't deliver your order for whatever reason and possibly sending them to post office at least they didn't contact me at all. Considering it's flowers and not a pair of trousers I'd say they should be doing all they can to ensure delivery is made they are relying on people not telling the sender of any issues and poor quality flowers. Ultimately it was a mistake I made but to try and simply solve this customer service was no help whatsoever I needed to talk to someone immediately not bouncing emails back and forth will definitely not be using this company again please please read reviews before you purchase from here

I purchased a moderately expensive Bouquet for my mum on the day one year after my stepdad passed away. Thebunch of flowers we got were not like the picture at all. The amount of flowers we got was definitely not like the advertised picture. Long story short I could have got a bunch from my local M&S up to par with the ones we received. Im fuming. I tried to do something nice for someone else and feel like I've been scammed
