The flowers started dying after 6 days. Normally good quality. On this occasion they weren't. Over £60 spent. Customer service insist upon making any complaints upto 3 days of receipt. You can only highlight an issue when it happens. Wouldn't let me upload pictures of dying bouquet. Won't buy again from this site. Customer service pointless.

My husband bought me the Tikal bouquet for my Birthday, absolutely stunning on arrival, but they were dead within a week. The Cala Lillies lasted 2/3 days. Really disappointed as I have used Prestige before.

Disappointing. Ordered large bouquet and was sent a small bouquet that in no way resembled the photo online. Now they have asked another photo. How many do they need? I am not asking my distressed relative for more photos.

When I ordered the flowers it wasn't on the Web page that they get despatched 20+hours before they are delivered so they are sat in transit 20+ hours When they was finally delivered they didn't look very fresh .When I emailed and sent pictures to the company was just basically told there wasn't anything wrong with them .I've seen better flowers in supermarkets and alot cheaper .

Claims to deliver every day of the week yet took my order at 7pm Friday for a next day delivery - for the flowers to be sat in the Royal Mail hub from 3.30am Sat and delivered on Monday . And when you check the terms and conditions they actually don’t care or help if this happens. Will never order again - who wants flowers that arrive half dead and 2 days late.

Terrible. Avoid this company. Ordered a bunch of flowers and bottle of wine to be delivered to my wife for our anniversary on Sunday. Royal Mail only received the parcel late on Saturday evening and had updated their tracking info to show that the parcel will be with me after my anniversary. After contacting customer service I was told that they have a 'VIP' contract with Royal Mail and I would still receive the parcel on the day requested. We cancelled plans to wait for the delivery and the parcel didn't arrive. I then contacted customer service the next day to ask for a refund and the tone completely changed to say that certain areas of the UK are subject to delays, peak times etc. I paid the same if not more for a definitive date and it wasn't fulfilled. When the package finally arrived the box was damaged and don't even start me on the size of the 'large' bouquet. Save yourself money and go and buy larger bouquets at your local supermarket. Total rip off. Avoid at all costs.

They offer next day delivery and do not meet the expectations. My order was due to be received yesteday as it was a present and it’s not here. There are better companies than this one. Shop around. Customer service is poor.

Due to long distance circumstances sometimes being a struggle, my opportunism was ignited and thought this flower courier was the solution. I was pleased to find out that the delivery was efficient and on time, I’ll give them that. Although they say to not judge a book by its cover, this was effectively overturned immediately. I was distraught to find out, through my girlfriends Mother that the flowers themselves had died within 12 hours. This is not only hugely embarrassing but has also certainly put a strain on my relationship. I will not be ordering again. If anyone has any recommendations please do let me know.

After ordering I didn't realise this was a uk company as I come from Guernsey but under Internet searches I found this company saying Guernsey delivery. We've received flowers from the Uk before in a flat box and not looking the best, so I was quite worried. Turns out I shouldn't of been. The flowers came upright in a strong box and in perfect condition and on time which is amazing as our postal service can be bad at the best of times. As for the flowers themselves we couldn't of been happier the bouquet was massive, well presented and top quality. Thank You so much Prestige Flowers we will be using you again and recommending you to others here overseas.

Delivery was estimated for Monday 3rd Feb and now it will be 4th Feb! If I had know it wouldn’t deliver on the right day I wouldn’t have ordered and found a local supplier- disappointed tbh

I wanted to surprise my wife with bright flowers while she was in work after a really tough week. I chose prestige because their website claimed they would Deliver an excellent product within the required timeframe. I upgraded to a large joyful bouquet and paid extra for delivery to ensure best quality and timing. Later that night I received a note to state that the flowers would not arrive until a day later than agreed at checkout!!! Unfortunately this was not acceptable as we had plans. I requested help from customer services to request they arrive on time as planned and received lots of canned responses. Prestige sent me 7 emails and I had to respond with 5… during my workday from abroad! After resolving the issue with delivery which I’m sure the staff worked hard to resolve with a third party the flowers arrived…. Take a look at the comparison below… limp, lifeless, sparse, not a large bouquet and where is the joy? This business model is broken. I pity the staff who must need to deal with disappointed customers daily. This was supposed to be joyful, instead I wasted a lot of time on this and was left embarrassed in front of my wife’s staff when they saw the pitiful flowers I sent her. This is really really disappointing not good business. I’d like a refund and not to hear from prestige again.

Ordered on the 24th for the 31st it came in the 1st and I wasn’t even told it was gonna be delayed so I could make other plans… not only were they late but they looked terrible and customer service completely ignored the huge inconvenience they caused in not following through on my order. Especially for a birthday!!

Ordered La Belle medium arrangement at 9pm and. Delivered following morning before 10am. Can’t fault the delivery but more importantly the quality of the arrangement and roses were fantastic. First time using Prestige and would definitely use again.
